I know it is necessary to be on your stomach for long period of time as you were getting anything with your neck or back worked out by a chiropractor. But, Dr. Scott focused on the lower portions of my back, more towards my uncomfortable areas that had nothing to do With where the pain resided. He had a tent set up to care for the runners returning from the race. Loren, as he preferred to be called ,noticed I was favoring my right side and asked if I wanted a free evaluation. He found many of my back joints were misaligned causing the nerves to be aggravated. I set up an appointment and started to see him regularly. He's not your average "bone cracker." He uses muscle massage as well as traditional chiropractic methods. I was 54 years old then and didn't know how I was going to make it to retirement with my bad back. After just a few treatments most of my back pain was gone. He suggested that I start using my gym more regularly and gave some specified exercises to strengthen my core and quads. I had a few subsequent injuries on the job but he returned me to full strength every time! Well I made it to retirement at 62 and feel better than I did throughout my 40's and early 50's.
