He had the best bid out of 4, and had crew available to do the job before the holiday, which was a pleasant surprise. We agreed his crew would come on Wednesday, what the job entailed and what to expect. Paid the deposit online - super convenient. Well, they actually were able to start Tuesday afternoon by digging out the cut-off valve and getting ready for the directional boring to begin Wednesday morning. The crew was on time, super-friendly and easy to work with, and really knew their stuff! They were able to bore from the front yard cut-off valve to under the house and come up in the basement within about 4" of the old water supply line. Everything got connected up and they wrapped up by 3pm Wednesday. Inspector came the following Monday after which they refilled the trench in the yard and we're back to normal. These guys are the pros you want to call - they'll get the job done, no BS, and take good care of you and your property in the process. Highly recommended!!
