    One of our beautiful doors

My husband and I purchased 9 doors from Denver Doors. The entire team are absolutely amazing. We can't speak highly enough about these folks. First, we met with Kale who worked with us to get the best possible deal and even helped us with temporary a solution while we waited for our doors to be delivered. Our doors were delivered on July 3--and for whatever reason my husband and I thought that we could install them all ourselves. When we realized were were ill equipped we contacted Kathleen and on July 4 (yes I said July 4 holiday) Devin showed up at our home and installed every single door and hardware for us. The entire team are the best and our doors are flawless, classy and one of the best parts of our renovation! PS. Devin is a master installer!

We hired Five Seasons last year to replace most of our windows for our home. Some of our windows…read morewere fairly large, and we also had two sliding glass doors replaced. So, this was a big project and we were very nervous as it was our first time doing this. From the start, we were impressed by the sales process. They went over our preferences and needs multiple times, made many iterations, and finally, we settled on the windows to replace, the style, the amount of sun filtering, etc. We chose Marvin windows as the window manufacturer, and Five Seasons then handled the installation. Now that it's been a year, we can say that Five Seasons supports their work really well. We had some problems with the hardware side of some of our Marvin windows and doors. It wasn't anything major, but things that should have been working properly. Dylan and Makayla provided exceptional support and actually rebuilt our sliding glass door locks for us, and since they did their work, the door locks have been working perfectly. The window installers, under Mike, did a great job installing windows that were large and in difficult locations. We have now had a year to see how they have held up to wind, rain, and cold weather and they are doing great. We are glad we went with Five Seasons. They were reasonably priced, installed the windows when scheduled, and have been providing excellent support.

It has been a breath of fresh air to work with Gravina's Window Center of Littleton. We had tried going the route of "finding a great deal" in the past, only to discover cheap is expensive in the long run, and our "deals" had left us with poor quality products and even worse quality workmanship. We decided this time around we would research and interview for all of the projects we were about to begin - this time it would be about finding the best value for our money, professionalism, quality and workmanship. Our first meeting with Gravina's was to look into replacing a few basement windows. After meeting with Jim Gravina, Mike Gravina and Justin Shyong - loving their energy, knowledge and ideas - we decided to have them replace the windows in the basement and replace our back patio doors. I can't begin to express how excited we were to see the finished project - the back door had become a favorite focal point of our home! Once we had actually seen, and experienced the difference with the windows, door and workmanship from Gravina's, it was a "no-brainer" to have them handle "phase two"... siding our garage and replacing the garage windows. Again, everything was awesome! Knowing that our James Hardy siding was done according to all of the proper guidelines of the product was important to us. Of course, with everything going better than we could have expected, I can honestly say, we were excited to hire Gravina's again for "phase three"... replacing the windows and front entry door on our main level (the remainder of the house), they continued to exceed our expectations and we are absolutely ecstatic about everything! John Gravina and his crew did an incredible job with our window & door installation, as well as Wynette & Samantha who had come back to do perfect staining of the interior windows, door and casings to match the hardwood floors in our home. It seems a little strange to say I was excited to work with a contractor - because I think many of us have experienced that nightmare of having someone in your home and just praying for the day they will leave - but the peace of mind knowing that things are going to be completed right, all of the proper follow thru will be done, having qualified and respectful people working in your home, knowing that you have a company you can trust, and knowing you will have beautiful windows, doors and siding to enjoy for years to come, is something to be excited about! Upon writing this review, I have reached out to Gravina's to let them know if they have a client that would like to see the work they have performed at our home, they are welcome to schedule a time with me to bring them by (this is something that we have only offered to do with Gravina's and Luxescapes, the landscape/hardscape company we worked with on our backyard that was also incredible). Because I don't want to post my personal contact information over the internet, if you wish to call me regarding our experience with Gravina's, you are welcome to get my number from Gravina's. If you are looking for windows, doors or siding, I would highly recommend contacting Jim, Mike or Justin to come by... you will not be disappointed! We hope you will find this information helpful in your search for a qualified contractor for your project! ~ Kevin & Jeri-Lynn ~

He usually has to leave a message, and no one returns our call. We were told that our windows would be installed in December. The last time my husband spoke to anyone, he was told late April/early May. It is now May 10th. It's been 9 months. No one has ever called us to inform us why it is taking so long. I assume the ball was dropped somewhere in the process. I want to cancel the order and forget it. I chose this company based on a personal recommendation. I thought we would get better customer service over the corporate options. Nope; it has been THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have EVER received. DO NOT hire this company. 9 months and counting.

From Renee who was my designer, to Leonel and…read moreIvan who installed, I am really happy with the quality of my closet, design, and purchase process. Pricing was really fair too. I went through Costco so I liked the benefits that got me. So for the longer version... I had a few companies come out to give me quotes. I had one lady who was super rude, got upset when I told her I was getting other quotes, behaved as if this was her first time in someone's house, acted like she knew better than I, what I should have in my closet, drew my closet out by hand with pen and whiteout (what is this, the 90's?), and tried to upcharge me on everything, all the while telling me I was getting a 55% discount. Renee came in, was very polite, friendly, asked me what *I* wanted and then drew to those specifications, was very easy to work with, wasn't pushy, didn't use used-car-sales tactics, and the pricing was way better than any of the other quotes. Plus the design was via computer software so it was easy to visualize. And in between the design and install, she was very communicative about everything. Leonel and Ivan came in to install. Were very professional, cleaned up and were such lovely gentlemen. They took the time to explain everything and asked me to inspect before they left, which I really appreciated. The only thing I was a bit unhappy with was that I asked for the closets to be a certain width, hoping that it would be the insides, but unfortunately it included the wood, so sadly I can't use the hardware/baskets I was planning to add to my closet. That said, I willl gladly use Closet Factory for my next closet!

As a whole, the built-in is sturdy and beautifully built; moreover, all of my computer equipment fits seamlessly inside with no unsightly cords. I especially appreciated the design support for this project; having Elizabeth's assistance was crucial in designing a built-in that perfectly fits my needs. Despite the delays during the installation, based on the design support and the quality of the finished product, I would not hesitate to work with Closet Factory in the future. Original Review: I contacted Closet Factory in early September to request a built-in bookcase and desk for my home office. After working with my designer, Elizabeth -- who was and remains great -- I was told it would take a couple of weeks to order and receive the required materials. I was given an installation date of 2-3 October. On the first day of the installation, the installation team discovered that several components were the wrong size, either ordered incorrectly or sent by the manufacturer in the incorrect size. The job is less than half-completed in my office (I work from home) while we wait for replacement materials. That was October 3rd. They did attempt to charge my credit card as if they had completed the job. To their credit, when I called about the charge for the second half of the total cost (I had paid the first half upfront), they promptly refunded the amount, pending the actual completion of their contractual obligations.
