Very poor communication, if you have a family emergency come up and can not afforded your payment because you are dealing with that they will tell you strait up " we do not care if your family is dieing bring us out merchandise " if I could give a negative star tarring I would! Horrible customer service and horrible attitude ... I requested an alignment on my car and I was always given the same excuse " our techs aren't certified yet. I recently financed 4 tires through RNR which is well over $800 btw...and I also requested an alignment. Willie helped me and is very nice and respectful. He cares about his customers and is the reason i'm a repeat customer. This time I was a little irritated with the service I got. My problem is that I had to wait a full week to get an alignment after I got 4 new tires put on. I drove with my car badly out of alignment for a week because they said they couldn't put my new tires on and do the alignment in the same day. I have no idea why BUT one of my new tires was loosing air because of it. When I came in again a week later to get an alignment I sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes just for the mechanic to come in there and tell me that he can't do the alignment because he can't loosen my tire rod and that I had to take it somewhere else to get it loosened or replaced. I was upset and confused seeing how I was at a shop where they had all the tools they needed to do this job but told me I had to go somewhere else. The whole reason I wanted an alignment through RNR is because it's free if you have financed tires. The mechanic got mad and was very rude to me. Thank goodness Willie stepped in to explain better because I was about to have choice words with this mechanic. I eneded up having to take my car to the place I bought it from and asked them if they would loosen my tire rod for me so I could get an alignment done. My car dealer thankfully did it for free and was shocked that the mechanic at RNR couldn't loosen my tire rod and fix it there. He got it loose in less then 10 minutes and nothing was wrong with my tire rod. Then I had to drive back to RNR with it even more out of alignment and tell them hey I got my tire rods loose for you can you please do my alignment now and then I was able to get it done. I feel like this experience was absolutely ridiculous and as soon as these tires are paid off I won't be coming back to this establishment. Zero stars and Willie deserves a raise for having to work with incompetent and rude people. He is the only person in that store in Jonesboro that is nice. read more

Me and my family of 7 was coming from Destin Florida when our tire blew out on the side of the road. My husband pulled over and put on the spare, but we were advised not to drive more then 70 miles and don't drive over 70 miles per hour with the spare. Our first thought was; we are 4 hours from home what are we going?!!! We were calling around looking for a place that could patch a tire. Every company closed at 5pm except RNR, they closed at 6pm. It was a 17 min drive and it was the longest 17 min drive we've ever driven on the expressway. When we got there Tyler and Will helped my husband and got the tire patched up and sent us on our way. I had originally heard good things about this location, but now I'm wishing I'd never gotten tires here period. I was told, and signed for, the "6 months same as cash" plan. Yeah, apparently that's a lie. Okay, I placed $100 down and have made 33 payments at $26.05 each week. I even did this all online on their website so I wouldn't miss a payment. Well that totals out to $959.65, which is more than the tires cost. So I emailed their Regional Manager, Brent Darnell, so I can get a copy of the contract to find out what allowed them to screw me over. He says he'll have the store email me a copy of the contract. A week later, and nothing. So they want to enforce something they won't provide you a copy with to see. Sounds crooked to me, especially if I stop paying on my already paid off tires, they'll repossess them. read more

Took my car here to get an alignment. It was just pull in. My steering wheel was still straight. When I got my car back, my steering wheel was tilted to the left and it was pulling much worse than when I brought it back. Call them back the next day because it was after hours and they sent it I would fix it. Got it back steering wheel still messed up and pulling did not refund me my money I paid almost $90 and did not get any of it back. Do not recommend this place for anyone. read more

Worst place ever to buy tires and or rims from! This place is worse than the old check loan shops! Pay 5 times the purchase price on their payment plan Arkansas needs to shut down business practices like this...Never again I learned my lesson!! read more

Our car had two popped tires and broken rims so we needs a whole new set for a 2006 Volvo car. We had gone to Gateway for help and they were rude and no help. We then we to RNR and they helped us find tires and rims that would fit our car. Was in and out with a quote in about 10 minutes then came back and paid for them in full. They ordered them and bent over backwards to help us get them on our vehicle without having to pay to tow it again. Service was fast, employees were SUPER fast, friendly, and caring and when they figured out a way to get our car to them it took about an hour for them to get them wheels on. They really fought for us and helped us get on the road quickly. So happy with this business. read more

The wait is absolutely too long! Three hours and my car is still not been worked on this place is a joke and a waist of money!

This place is an atrocity and have horrible business practice. They took advantage of a single mother down on her luck, quoted her a price, fired the man who quoted her, and then charged her something different without letting her know the price difference. Can you imagine what kind of monsters do that to someone who is going through a domestic violence situation? You shouldn't treat people like that no matter their circumstances but this place added another boulder to someone who didn't need it and then swept her under the rug when she brought her concerns to them. This is not the kind of business I want in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I don't care if you're a Christian or not, but at least be a humanitarian business who cares about people and the customers who walk through your door. Poor excuse for a business. Take your money elsewhere. read more
