Be very careful with this location. I went to get an oil change and everything went well. I noticed the next day fluid under my car and thought that it was just overflow. I then moved to Chanute and my car went downhill from then. My car started jerking and making horrible noises. I took it to a dealer and it turns out that my transmission fluid had been drained and now I have to replace my transmission at the cost of $4,000! I never had any issue with my car before then (just moved from CA). I am so livid as I had to quit my new job and need to figure out how to get my car fixed. read more

Been going here for a few years. Im a lyft driver my car is my income. The last top off they failed to put my oil cap back on. I drove 3000 miles like that!!!! I was offered a fucking coupon for their incompetence!!! This is unacceptable!!!! Check your car over. It could be a tragic and costly mistake. read more

This place is absurd, the technicians tell me that's the cannot get my oil filter off because their arms are too big!! I had this same car changed here prior and had problems as well. The last time I visited this location they couldn't service my car for technical reasons. I believe you're signing paychecks for workers that don't fit the industry standards. The price of absurd as well. Jiffy lube has gone way down hill. Ford will get my business going further. And now they told me they can't put coolant in my car because the pump is broken. read more

Went here today, and the service was very good. No need for an oil change as not enough miles since the last one, so I saved some money as a result, and the tires were checked and aired up. This had been brought to my attention by the dreaded dashboard warning light that is often set off by the change in seasonal temp. The warning light said the tire air pressure was low. The Jiffy Lube guy told me that once the tires were aired up, the warning light would go off after driving the car for a few blocks, and that turned out to be correct. We also discussed a problem with high beam headlights not staying in the ON position when needed. Seems that may be resolved now. So....a very good experience today....AND NO CHARGE !! read more

Got the job done with little fanfare. PRICY for a 5.5 Qt full synthecic oil change - $112. MUST ask for senior or military discount!!!! They try the average to BEST selling technique with four price levels for a SIMPLE oil change. Others places in area do the job for less but were busy so came here. Almost went home and did it myself but with cold weather I said "OH W(h)ELL." Just did not feel welcomed in any way by folks at this location. read more

I am a person who was calling to see if a company vehicle whom this place is supposed to accommodate, could fit me in later today to do a simple oil change. I was told by the guy that the credit card machine was not working, so they would not be able to do it. What bothered me the most are these 3 simple things 1. The company i work for has a contract with your company to repair my vehicle. They offered nothing to honor that agreement. 2. Whatever happened to the old fashioned ways of doing business? What did u do before credit cards? Type up or write down credit information or simply pick up the phone and talk with the company you have a contract with. 3. Make sure the customer is satisfied. Due to the fact that my request for service ended with a 15 second phone call proves that the 3 simple things were never accomplished. I would never go back to jiffy lube and my bosses will be informed of the treatment. read more

I came to this Jiffy Lube to get an oil change. When I was leaving they advised me of an "extensive" oil leak and an "extensive" transmission fluid leak. Before bringing my vehicle to them I did not have any oil spots on my driveway or notice any sort of fluid leakage from my vehicle. The following morning when I moved my vehicle it had leaked a fair amount onto my driveway. I then checked my oil levels and transmission fluid levels. The transmition dipstick had been left hooked onto another piece of metal under my car battery and not put back into place. It had been left unsealed. I don't trust the mechanics here. read more

The reason I'm giving this place a 1 Star is because my wife, three kids, and I waited over 40 minutes to receive service! When we pulled up that as one person in the stall getting a services and it took them over 40 minutes to get to us! My go to place for an oil change. They usually get me in & out within 40 minutes, max. Best thing about Jiffy Lube is they vacuum your interrior, wash your windows, & give you free top offs in between visits (ex - windshield wiper fluid). Always google search your service before paying! I usually can find a coupon for $8-10 off every time I go! read more

I have been going to the Jiffy Lube on Topeka Blvd for about 2 years now and they are always quick and easy to work with. As I was their they sit you down offer you Coffee, and water then talk to you about deals they have going on for that day. Usually I go their for oil changes and while I wait someone comes and talks to me about potential problems I might have and I never feel like they are just trying to sell me something I don't actually need. When they are finished I always feel like I was well informed about my vehicle. I highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

I took my truck to Jiffy Lube a couple weeks ago for oil change and have all the fluids checked. It costed me over $100 and I don't think they checked any of the fluids. It was blowing hot air while moving but when idle it would go cold. Took it some place else today thinking it was something major and it ended up being a gallon low on antifreeze. If Jiffy Lube would have checked and filled the fluids like they say then I wouldn't have had to go some place else today. I will never go back. read more
