I could've done it in 20 minutes, but I don't have my tools. Came in on time, walked into the office to no greeting, just silence, said good morning, and the rude lady at the front office just starred at me saying nothing. After an awkward silence, I told her I was here for my appointment. She looked at her computer, and after 10 minutes she said she couldn't find my appointment. 10 minutes later she asked if she had called me to cancel the appointment. I said no ma'am, no one had called me. She said sorry we can't do that. I said it would have been nice for a phone call or a voicemail or something since I took off from work for this. UPDATE August 10, 2020 had time today to spend having him…read morecome out for a quote Owner, Kevin came by at 3:30 and quoted $85 for wash, vacuum and spray wax. $105 for polish wash vacuum and $125 for hard wax. I don't know...that's steep, what do y'all think? Check out my photos (red car) my car is 2 weeks old and dusty...not even dirty. I was like... Make it Shine is only $70 for the same service; he said he had 9 employees compared to the other company having only 1. I was like my car isn't big nor that dirty to charge me $15 more? He said, his minimum is $65 (so, he DOES have a starting price after all...see review below from August 3) but, that because he has staff to pay and how fast they are at completing said service, he's more "commercial" now, therefore, more expensive. Well, that's ok, I'll pass. My car should of qualified at the minimum of $65 not $85. He takes, cash, credit card (charges a few dollars more if used) Zelle and Venmo. Kevin said he schedules appointment times but he requires a 2 hour window to show up. What? He's got 9 employees?!! He said, they like to come out and give you a free estimate to determine price. He doesn't quote a basic price because he wants to see car and time it will take. Hmm?
