Not only did Battery Warehouse of Baytown save me 50 bucks but they also helped me figure out how to put the battery in my car. I always go to Auto Zone or O Reilly's to get my batteries but I think it is well worth the drive from Pasadena to Baytown to get my battery replaced from Battery Warehouse of Baytown. ​I am writing this to warn local consumers about the warranty practices at this location. I…read morepurchased a battery here that failed after only seven months of normal use. When I brought it back to execute the written warranty I paid for, the store-level experience was incredibly frustrating. ​The employee on duty attempted to twist the terms of the written agreement, telling me that if they gave me a replacement battery, it would carry absolutely no warranty moving forward. Because they refused to honor the clear terms on the spot without stripping my future protection, I was forced to leave, drive to a competitor (Advance Auto Parts), and spend $286.61 out of pocket just to get my vehicle safely back on the road. ​To protect my rights, I formally escalated this entire paper trail up the corporate ladder, eventually reaching out directly to the company President, Dennis Norris. To the corporate office's credit, they immediately recognized the error, bypassed the store's narrative, and issued a full $233.19 refund for the merchandise. ​However, I allowed this business ample opportunity to make the entire situation right. Instead, the staff on duty stonewalled me and corporate decided to pick and choose at their convenience what my loss was. When I requested reasonable reimbursement for their employee's mistake and my forced extra expenses, they flat out responded with "denied." ​If you want a warranty that is honored without a fight, take your business down the street.

This was extremely helpful for me and other people whose afternoon is non-existent so errands can only happen in the morning. Looking at the staff photo (of them inside the store,) the guy on the far left is who helped me. He was attending to someone before me but he made eye contact to convey he knew I was there waiting. He was extremely helpful in helping me find a battery for my necklace watch and even got the back to open. He installed the battery for me and even set the time for me. I visited the store 9/3/25 with a insurance claim from T-Mobile for a screen replacement on my…read morephone. I was told that it would take about a hour for the repair. I came back after a hour and was told the phone was smoking and that some how the battery had been punctured. I had to leave my phone overnight until a new battery was brought in from Houston. I arrived on 9/4 and received the phone but the new screen was not installed correctly or it did not agree with the frame on the phone. I gave the employee back my phone and she happily suggested changing out the frame for free. After everything was finished the phone looked and is currently operating like new. I appreciate the employees for making this unfortunate situation right and fixing my phone the correct way. Sometimes its ok to not get angry with people and to stay calm so we both can come to a solution to the problem. It was an inconvenience to not have my phone originally but I'm thankful everything turned out to be fine and I'm thankful for the employees that were involved in my specific repair.

When I got them I was greeted everything was great until it was time to change my battery I could tell she was about confused and struggled to get the battery but I took it as it being hot I would think you would employ or train qualified people. After about 20-30 ins she asked me to try my car. When I tried nothing. She said maybe she didn't tightened anything. By the time I knew something was wrong so I called my husband to meet me at the store. About another 20-30 mins she asked me try again. Again nothing. She explained she needed to go watch a video this was the time I knew something was not right. My husband asked for a supervisor to which she did not want to get one stating they pull be in Tuesday but after a bit of a back and forth one was finally called. Once the commercial supervisor arrived he explained that it was not properly placed in the car it was a few steps that was missed. After another 20-30 mins he tried by that time the car still did not work resulting in me having to tow it to the dealership. Today 6/17 I spoke to the dealership and my ECM was fried. This is the brains of my car to which your unqualified employee destroyed.
