Ordered tires on line on the Walmart app and came in to the auto center at my appointed time. I…read morewalked over to the service desk and the manager barked at me that I needed to check in outside with the order takers. I told her I had an email and that I had a barcode to scan and she asked me what time. When I told her it was for 1pm she told me it was 110 and that I was late for the appointment. She said anything over 10 minutes was late. When I asked how could I reschedule, she rambled on about call ins and running behind and getting slammed and said what time can you come in. I told her I could come in next week and she said oh no, let me check, and she proceeded to the shop area. After speaking to a technician, she said they could take me right after finishing a truck that was in process. I got in my vehicle and drove up to the bay and rolled down the window. The young man who checked me in asked me to pull forward just enough to be out of the rain, he checked me in and he proceeded to go inside to make sure the tires were here. Another female registrar asked me "what are you doing here", and i told her i was a customer and she responded, "I know, but what are you doing in here". At that time the young man was returning from inside with my tires and yelled out to her that he has asked me to pull my vehicle in to avoid the rain, the automotive manager followed and pointed and told me that I would have to exit my vehicle and walk around to the customer door and not across the shop area. The manager then proceeded to yell at her other female employee that she needed to be checking in cars. I found the experience to be rude, lacking communication, and not a customer centric experience. When I walked in the store, the manager apologized and said that they had 2 call ins and they were short staffed and running behind and I told her to stop and I said, "I don't get to say that where I work, that's my problem and I have to deal with it, I'm the customer here, it doesn't matter to me". I will not be back to this auto center.

I ordered a Manuel from O'Reillys and received the wrong Manual. I took it to this O'Reillys…read moreAs I was instructed to get a refund. They refunded my cost but not the shipping! Rodney said that it might be that they did not update the cover on the manual to include my vehicle but it was the right part number. The cover said 2005-2009 not 05-18 like I ordered and it was stated on the shipping slip. My truck is a 2016. So if I had opened the manual and it did not cover my truck I would have not gotten any refund. However, Rodney agreed but would not refund my shipping cost. Sometimes you look for people to do the right thing. This is not the place or person to do that. I know where to shop next time.

Then he finally comes in and says oh it'll be a few hours. For an alignment??? I said. He says yes since there are a few cars in front of you. Mind you the bays were empty so I said that to him and that I have an appointment. He says no it's first come first serve and I'll have to wait since there's cars in front of me even though the bays is empty, then just stares blankly like???? No customer service, no urgency and doesn't seem like he even wants to be there. Never come here.

He tested my alternator once we figured out the problem he help me replace both of my batteries versus having to go to mechanic store near my family just got off vacation I didn't have a single tool in the truck he was so very helpful.
