The alkaline water is good. They were open on a holiday. The people there were friendly and prompt at getting me taken cared of.

Was researching for months to find the best and most cost efficient soft water system. My coworker…read moretold me about this place so I called to request a quote. The lady that answered said she would forward my info to an Oscar. Oscar called me about an hour later and went over the entire system and the cost. His price was about $500-$1000 cheaper than local competitors. With good pricing and probably the best yelp reviews I decided to go with him. Installation was about a week later. The installer came around 11am and took about 8 hours to install the entire system. His install time too longer than originally quoted but I'm glad he took his time and didn't miss any steps. When it was all done he educated me on the entire system. It's pretty much a set it and forget it system except for maintaining certain salt levels. Within days I felt the difference in my skin. It wasn't as dry as before and the water really did feel soft. Highly recommend them!!

The water quality has significantly worsened in just over half a year. When I contacted this place…read moreabout the issue, they only performed a basic water softener test and then advised me to take my water somewhere else for a proper water quality test. Water seems soft but it doeant seem to remove any other toxic elements no more or does less This was especially disappointing because they advertise that these tanks should last 5 to 10 years. Based on my experience, the performance declined much sooner than expected, and I did not feel like the issue was taken seriously or properly evaluated.

PLEASE BE PATIENT AND DON'T BRING MORE THAN 6 BOTTLES AT A TIME…read more The owner, who is well loved by the community, is now on the much much older side, and is getting to be on the forgetful/confused side. For the time being, it's still manageable, but please don't bring more than 6 bottles at a time. Better yet, stick to 1 or 2. Anymore than 1 cart load and the math gets off and fluctuates more every few seconds. I used to try to correct him, but it's just sad because he can't get through the calculation like he used to. I want to point out that I know there is no malice involved at all, but we all age and will have to go through it, so please be patient as he has been a beloved fixture of the community for decades now. More lately, he is starting to zone out, stare off into space, to the point where I walked in and out a few times loading up bottles, and he didn't even register I was there. I've loved supporting the business and I will continue to do so, but it may not be in his best interest to continue as is. If someone knows the owners family, please let them know that it might be about that time to make some decisions so he can retire and live out the next few years in peace/comfort.

I also had to take apart the faucets and get the gunk off the screens. I would say I had to do every couple of months now after years of Lifesource once a year and it's not nearly as bad as it ever was before. Service calls are wonderful people show up on time know what they're doing fix what they're there to fix and are incredibly friendly. The infrequent need to change the canisters is a real plus. While, you do have to plan for those expenses, they are long lasting. over time it was less that our collective monthly expenses, especially if the maintenance by hand that was required was considered. When we were evaluating the system. It sounded expensive until I did the math on what we were paying for soft water which my husband dislikes the feel of. The difference is immediately recognizable in showers for hair and skin is something far better than I was .expecting. The water coming out of the tap is great! We do have a reverse osmosis for ice. The grey water every two weeks is used for the lawn and outside plants, so no waste and no big delivery trucks on the street on a regular basis. Jonathan our rep is always available and we are very happy with Lifesource!

Dropping 6k wasn't easy but the promise of no maintenance and drinkable water was more than I could pass up. The water and ice tastes great. The shower is soft but not as soft as Rayne was. Hair and skin feel great. If you're considering a whole house water conditioner, I think there are less expensive options but lifesource was the right choice for me

We also got the reverse osmoses system under the kitchen sink to further clean the water. This was such an easy and smooth process. We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Also the Pro Water system does filter out more than the water softener we had.

From the very first phone call, Brad was responsive and promptly returned my call. When he came out to assess my home and provide an estimate, he took the time to thoroughly educate me on my water quality and the available solutions. I left that visit feeling much more informed and confident in my decision-making. After comparing a couple of other quotes, I decided to go with Pro Water Solutions--and I'm glad I did. Brad's knowledge really stood out. He tested my water, along with the bottled and filtered water we had been using, and the results were honestly shocking. Installation was scheduled and completed in less than a week after I gave the go-ahead. Daniel, the installer, was excellent--professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything fit perfectly. He also walked me through the entire system and made sure I understood how to use it. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

In short: We like our water softener and our tankless water heater seems to work well. But I wish…read morecommunication and installation had gone better. No big problems, just a series of small ones that led to a lot of inconvenience and a more cost on our end. 1. They were supposed to arrive at 10 a.m. on a Tuesday, but forgot. My son had taken the day off and had to take an additional day the next Thursday. We'd already been without hot water a week at that time. When my son finally called and asked when we could expect them, owner said he forgot about our appointment. Worried he might lose the job, he apologized over the phone and offered to give us a discount amounting to a day's pay for my son. My son told him they could discuss it when they arrived to install the softener. 2. My son lost a vacation day but not any actual cash so after thinking on it, he decided he'd spread some good karma and tell the guy that we forgave the mistake and that no discount was necessary. But neither he nor I had the chance. The owner would not look me in the eye and quickly walked away when I tried to talk to him. I use a cane and was not going to chase after him. Before the job was finished, he took off leaving the technicians to finish and collect the payment. I'm guessing he took off because he didn't want us to bring up the offered discount. 3. ** On a positive not, the technician that oversaw the job (owners daughter?) was friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, she finally went to the hardware store herself after their electrician kept coming back with the wrong part. (They had to install an exterior outlet for the softener). 4. Our system was not able to be installed in the garage do to access to our main water line. Instead, it was installed on the south side of our house, in all-day direct sunlight. Now we need to figure out some way to shade the softener as direct heat can damage the tank and the electronics in the control valve. In addition, where it is placed, the discharged water flows to our our lemon tree and line of cypress trees. We had to choose losing our trees from the softener salt ($10 a bag) or going with the more costly potassium salt ($40 a bag). We chose to save our trees. 5. What they did not tell us is that people with kidney disease or those on certain blood pressure medications, including the one I take, can develop a dangerous, sometimes deadly condition known as hyperkalemia when ingesting extra potassium. I now need to buy bottled water to drink and cook with. 6. The day following the install, we had a leak in the yard and sprinklers that did not work. The leak was a broken sprinkler pipe, possibly from their electric tamper or digging for the softener line. The sprinkler issue was caused by a broken valve in the box where they hooked into the main line. Thankfully, my son was able to figure out the problems and fix them himself. In all, our experience with this company was neither bad nor good. Just OK. It would have been nice if someone apologized or at least told us they broke the sprinkler valve. Mostly, I'm disappointed that the owner (Carlos) went out of his way not to make good on his offer to give my son a discount for the day he took off work -- even though my son planned to turn it down. His actions speak more to his character than his initial apology and offer of a discount when he thought he might lose the job.

Based on other Yelp reviews, I called Fina/DLC to inquire about installing a new water softener…read moresystem at the house. I spoke to Carlos who was responsive and easy to work with. I just had to text him some photos of my plumbing system for a quote. And, they had the best price. The new system has been in use for almost a month now and so far so good. After booking an installation appointment, the technicians arrived on time and two technicians installed the system in like 2 hours (which is fast in my opinion). One of my neighbors bought a softener system and hired a plumber to install the system as a weekend side hustle and that guy needed like half a day. They take Zelle or check payments.
