I was headed from Decatur back to Huntsville on the 4th of July. I ended up catching a flat tire on my drive back. After calling two other RA companies, no one was available. I came across Road King & a guy name Eric immediately answered. He arrived faster than I expected. I was back on the road in no time! I drove a wrecker and flatbed for 12 years and was so impressed with Shawn Tilley with the attention to detail, notified of everything while he was on his way and the amount of knowledge he has obviously moving my truck. Now my truck is 85 Chevy beater and he treated it like it was his own. But when I needed a damage tire fix or replaced he said he said he didn't have the tire but would have it by the next day and set an appointment for the following day at 5 PM. The next day I called about 430 and said I might be five minutes late and he said no problem. I arrived at 5:05 and he told me he didn't have the tire and couldn't help me. I explained that the tire was damaged and I took a chance just coming there with it again he told me he couldn't help me. He didn't even offer to look at the tire to see if it could be patched. He said the shop on cabela drive had four of the tires and I could go over there. When I walked out he said be careful, I was so upset and wondered if he would have sent his mother or wife off with a damaged tire. Buy then it was about 5:20 and traffic in Madison is horrible so I went home and was grateful the tire made it . Someone should have called or told me when I called that they didn't have the tire. I think he just wanted to go home and wasn't making money off of a warranty. I will get my tire and then I will never use or recommend Tire discounters to anyone. I'll go to Avis, Firestone or Big Hearted Eddys, anywhere but there.

Makes me think and I absolutely saw that they take with everything they handle. Chandler himself is very forthcoming with information and pleasant and definitely takes pride in his company. I hated the circumstances but I'm glad that they took care of me and my car.
