They coordinated a tow truck for me, even got me a discount on the tow, and had my car repaired and back on the road way faster than I expected. As a basically broke college student, affordability matters a lot, and they were incredibly fair and affordable with the repair. The whole team was super friendly, always answered the phone, and made the whole situation way less stressful. They even offered me a comfortable place to sit and work on schoolwork while I waited, plus gave me a refreshment. If you want a trustworthy, kind, and affordable place to get your car fixed, Martinez Garage is the place. Incredibly professional, incredibly knowledgeable (I am a car guy), worked through annoying and specific model problems to get my 100% dead car on the sled - despite devastatingly stupid design issues (thank you BMW) - we both kept our cool, worked through the car specific issues and the car was loaded with minimal delays (all car related). The price for service was unbeatable, especially considering the customer service. The best wrecker service I have ever used - in several states, over several decades of driving.
