Gas and restroom stop. Plenty of pumps , prices were comparable. Building spacious, well lit , stocked. Staff were friendly. Lottery was available amongst other items. Restroom was in need of attention. A bit outdated and limited toilets available considering some were out of service. Probably won't stop at this location on my next road trip , too many in the area to chance this experience again . read more

They have gas and plenty of pumps at which to get it, but the place is crazy busy and it's tricky to navigate the parking lot which is full of large potholes. If you are on a motorcycle proceed with caution. If you are hungry try the bbq joint across the freeway which is awesome! read more

I was staying in town and this was across the highway. I'm somewhat of a creature of habit and tend to go where others go when I know nothing about the area, such as this trip. This convenience store/quick and fast food/fuel stop/truck stop seemed to be one very busy location with lots of locals. As I walked in, lots of quick food items everywhere from donuts to hot dogs to fresh fruit. They had fresh chocolate covered mini donuts and well, I can always add a few miles onto my workouts when I get back. I did shop around a bit and decided I didn't need a new CB, or a new pair of sweat pants or seat covers, or MIZZOU cap or 1 pound candy bars. Although they had a shower, I'll use the one in my hotel room across the highway. The donuts, gas and carton of fresh milk was enough for this trip. read more

1. Went in to by gas, paid with debit with prepaid amount. 2. After they run card they say it didn't take and had system errors. Say I would have to pay cash and they assured me it did not charge my bank. 3. I pad cash for same amount. Go out and pump gas. 4. Check my bank. It did charge my bank. 5. I go in to get either the charge reversed from my card or a refund on cash. 6. The store said they couldn't do either and I would have to call corporate office. 7. I called corporate office from car, got answering machine that said office was closed. So, I paid 60.00 for 30.00 worth of gas and the store is not able to issue a refund fir a problem they caused. They tossed me to corporate and they aren't answering the phone. Corporate should allow managers to correct these problems and not make traveling customers wait days or weeks to hopefully get money back. Avoid, go to Casey's. read more

Give it 3 stars as being a truck driver it does have A good amount of parking. Only has 5 showers and there's alway a wait, staff Aren't the quickest at cleaning things up. Has a good selection of drinks, snacks, beers etc. Also has a subway and a chesters chicken outlet. read more

I live in California and have never been to Missouri - much less this particular place. But, this place somehow accepted 2 separate credit/debit card charges totaling about $150...without the actual card. I know this because I have the card in my possession as I type. I cannot understand how this can happen if a cashier has 1/2 a brain and a little training as to what fraud is. Clearly, neither of these is in play with whomever is in charge at this store. Several of the employees were conferencing in front of the women's restroom, with clipboards in hand. No masks on the employees. One lady from Chester's said they didnt have to mask if not on the clock. Why the clipboards are if no masks? Restroom was not clean. Most patrons were not masked. read more

I've been driving across the country to reach Ft. Sill, and Annie in here might be the best person I've met on the road. There was something wrong with my car and she, without hesitation, helped me fix it right away. She was, for lack of a better word, perfect. I have reported this place bc it is a staff infection waiting to happen. The employees are so comfortable here they cannot see how filthy it is. If this places wasn't so scary dirty it would be comical. There is a obvious sweep line on the floor a d if the dirt doesnt fall within that range then it stays on the ground FOREVER by the blackened unmopped color of filth through out the store. They dont clean the BATHROOM and am reporting this store because is it that bad. I got yelled at by a female employee on her break for asking for the address. I was not mean to employees, and did not point out that she changed her pad/tampon without washing her hands after...shoes dont lie...but doubt she ever washes her hands...crispy bad hair chunky girl. I was in complete shock at how they have this place. I wouldnt eat here unless you like the poops by the way they keep the place so dirty!!!! Bathroom bad no toilet paper except for the stall with the dried poop. No toiletseat covers. Overflowing garbages. Dirty floors a d the smell of body odor that hits you when You walk in! Wow. Spilled coffee or urine on the floor outside of the bathrooms...I'll believe it was coffee. This place is an embarrassment. I've only seen one truck stop this bad before. Comfortable or lazy? Lack of cleaning supplies and bad hygiene by staff? When the guy opened the cleaning closet for the bathroom there was a grocery store cleaner (but who knows what was in the bottle it was prob just water) blank spray bottle, a dirty rag and broom...plus garbage pouring out of a dust pan that the person proofread too lazy to empty. Obviously this is not acceptable anywhere. Reported to food health and corporate today. It is that bad. I do my regular stop in at the Road Ranger in the mornings to pick up a nice slice of pizza. I was very disappointed this morning because I simply asked the employee if they can see if they have the usual red pepper shaker for the food and if it's anywhere to be found. The response that I got was very rude! She stated well if you don't see it up there that means we don't have any. She was so disrespectful she went on to help the line of customers and ignored me standing there waiting for service! She probably thought one less customer who cares! please headquarters do not hire people that do not want to be pleasant Employees! She was very Lazy and did not want to be there. I haved worked for this company in St robert Missouri for 6 months. I loved my job but just Fyi the people are toxic. When the manager of store 242 in St Robert says that he dont care about his employees because HE has a business to run. That to me is unacceptable...the employee is the business. If u cared more about us ur turnover rate would not be at 99%. Four people quit in a matter of 2 days...i have talked to cooperate and the are just as toxic. Even the shift managers have no regards for their customers nor their staff. Be aware that this is a very very toxic dysfunctional environment and would not recommend this store to customers nor people trying look for work. Very very unpleasant place read more

Not really a fan of the Road ranger/Pilot spots. They are never up the the Pilot standards. The bathrooms need some updating. Guess subway being open 24hrs is the best thing about this place. read more

Absolutely the worst truck stop ever. Stood at the counter 15 minutes while 3 cashiers ignored me. Food looked nasty. Store us not clean. Women must be sleeping with the boss cause they sure cant be getting paid to work. read more

This place comes off like the customer business does not make the employees check. Do not understand how this place is open. There are probably only 5 people that work here that have any work ethic and they probably won't be there for long.
