He than explained this simple four wire installation would take 3 hours to install. His excuses was a relay needs to be installed (a relay consists of 4 wires 5 at most) After I explained to him that I am a mobile mechanic and have knowledge base behind the install he then got very disrespectful going as far as calling this "entire conversation ridiculous". Something was wrong with my starter, which I had never heard of, so he popped the hood to show me. Even though he did not know where the starter was in the make and model of my car he helped me look for it and explained what it did. I think car repair companies get a lot of negative reviews on Yelp because, frankly, repairing cars is expensive and it's easy to feel crummy!
