Twice this week I brought my 1990 F150 in for clutch work. At first it was for a clutch neutral safety switch, I had a replacement however I am too old to do the work myself, after an hour or so he said I needed a new clutch master cylinder. I made another appointment and two days later I brought the F150 back in. After a couple of hours the new guy had not started on my truck and said I needed to leave it all day. I picked up my keys and drove home. The new guy may be an OK mechanic, but he is inconsistent on diagnosing problems and scheduling repairs. When I bring my truck in, as scheduled, before 9:00 am and by Noon he has worked on a bunch of other vehicles but not mine, I have to wonder where his priorities are. I miss John.

They had to angle our car in facing forward to appease our landlord and also get it under a car port, all without our car being able to move well due to the tires being pointed towards each other. They handled our case very carefully, despite charging us a low rate, and were very communicative and helpful.
