I recently found myself in need of some products that were sold by Super Supplements and decided to see if I could find one in Texas. Instead what I found is that they had been acquired by the Vitamin Shoppe and that there was one just a few miles from home. I decided to give them a try, but had very low expectations based on my past experiences with Super Supplements. The store is clean and organized, but small. I was a little disappointed that nobody asked if they could help me find anything after I'd been in the store awhile, but when I went to the counter and showed her a picture of what I was looking for, she walked me right to it and was very friendly. Overall a great experience.

I searched and searched to see if I could find it elsewhere and stumbled onto RockWall Nutrition thanks to my bff Google! Called direct to make sure was legit since I am in California and not familiar with this store. Jacklyn ( hope I said name correct) who answered the phone was amazing. Went over the top and beyond customer service to help me. She wanted to make sure they had what I needed, wanted to confirm that it was in stock, was showing it was but wanted to make sure, not just by what computer read. She said let me have your # I will confirm with owner( believe she said Julie was owners name ) wanted to confirm this is in stock. She called me back , wow , right!! And they had 4 in stock , I bought all 4 and she shipped them off to me and even gave me a little discount. Matching what it showed online. NOW , that is how it is done!!!! More businesses can learn from RockWall Nutrition. Customer service is hit and miss these days with most companies missing that mark. I asked for a refund because it was just terrible. There were four staff members, and I was ignored the entire time. I don't know why, but I honestly can't recommend this place--if you're not Caucasian, you'll be treated completely differently. I was only persons not in yoga pants, or gym bug outfit, but it was my recovery day. of all these high-calorie Smoothie Bowls, I chose the lowest, 480 calories, the "Bee Berry Sting" bowl: Pitaya (dragonfruit) powder smoothie base, topped with pieces of fresh mango, fresh strawberries, and fresh blueberries... and also some sugary rock-hard granola. The pitaya was decent for a powder mix, I hope it maintains the Vitamin C level of the fresh fruit. The mango, strawberry, and Blueberry part was very good, fresh & flavorful. The granola was ridiculous, like caliche gravel for roads. If I try this again, hold the granola. The $11 price tag should get a better quality.
