I went at 6AM, and the drive thru line was relatively quick (I believe this location is drive thru only). A barista takes your order. I heard Dutch Bros is well-known for its lively customer service, and all the employees interacted with were super friendly! I ended up getting the Caramelizer. Overall, it was a solid cup of coffee! I didn't request any modifications to the Caramelizer. The drink had a deep roast flavor with not too much sweetness. read more

The coffee is pretty good, wish the service was. Rather than ordering your coffee then getting through the line at a decent pace, people taking orders are more interested in talking rather than serving you. Then when finally getting to the front of the line, a song and dance with forced uncomfortable conversation and childish behavior/jokes is shoved in your face. Im sure many reading this post will assume i am just a grumpy gus, but i want friendly respectful service just like everyone else. However when the "broista" after seeing that customers are not interested in prolonged conversations about exciting plans we may or may not have over the weekend, should then stop trying to forcible engage people with unwanted and awkward conversation. Please, PLEASE, give us a smile, offer us our beverages, and let us go. I will regretfully not be getting any more of the delicious coffee from this location at least, and will have to make due with having a laugh with my friends as they talk about how they make other people drive them through because of how horribly uncomfortable the experience is. read more

The service was terrible. I've never been to a Dutch that talks bad about what drink you order. I've gotten the same drink for years at other locations and never have had a problem until now. They gave me my cup super sticky and watered down. And complained the whole time I was waiting on my drink. Very disappointed. I would definitely find a different Dutch to go to. read more

They started off fine but service has fallen off significantly since opening. Coffee is fantastic, but no one has time to wait an hour in line. Terribly inefficient business model. No drive thru speaker and wont begin making your coffee until you are at the window. Note to manager: service is what keeps us coming back. Eventually the product isnt worth the trouble. read more

I left a 5 star review when they first opened but now after going there consistently for a few months I felt like I needed to change it. I love Dutch Bros, but this location is not it. 1- It takes 15-30 min to get your drink no matter how many people there are. God forbid you get down from the car to skip the line at the drive thru because they will make you wait until they finish with the drive thru to take your order. There was once only 1 other car and it still took a while to get my drink. Sometimes there won't be someone outside taking orders and it will take them over 5 minutes to finally get someone to get out and take orders. I am really not sure what is going in there, since they're probably not working on orders, but it is very frustrating. 2- Regarding the small talk, I did enjoy it sometimes. The employees are really friendly. However, during rushes, it was really frustrating to see 2 out of the 4 employees just talking when they should be making drinks. Also if you are not in the mood to talk you basically have to suck it up until they finish your drink (which they only start making when you get to the window most of the time). Although I've been there before, I don't think it is fair to blame the employees for talking to you when you don't feel like talking. They are just doing as they're told. But I can see how annoying it is sometimes and they should not prioritize conversing with customers over making drinks. 3- Their drinks are not always consistent and it can be very frustrating after waiting in line for so long. Like seriously the least you could do is give us a good drink after the 30 minute wait time. Also some of their drinks are just never good. For example, their cold brews always taste super watered down and there is practically no flavor. I don't think I have ever gotten a cold brew that made me feel like it was worth the wait. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as they do seem understaffed, but there are some things that happen that have nothing to do with the fact that they are understaffed. Also it's been about half a year and they still haven't solved these issues. It really pains me to say this as I really do love Dutch Bros, but at this point I think I will stick with Starbucks or i'll drive the extra 20 min to the Plano location since it's basically the same amount of time spent getting coffee. read more

Wish I had read the reviews before hopping in the drive thru line. The wait is ridiculous. I don't care how good your drinks are, it's not worth the time. I went on a Sunday evening at 5:45pm. Not exceptionally busy but it still took 20 minutes after ordering to get to the window to collect my drink. I can't imagine what the drive thru is like at peak times. The drink I ordered was tasty but I'll pass on the wait time. If they can work on their efficiency and getting folks through the line in a reasonable time I'll give them another try. read more

5 stars for flavor but 1 star for the amount of time it takes. The coffees are always good but FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY PLEASE LEARN TO GET CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE LINE FASTER.
