Well two hours later I pick it up and start driving out of the parking lot only to see that both my front driver side and passenger side tinting has been nicked up. It looks like either something was in the microfiber towel they used to clean the windows or someone had a ring on and ran it across my window. I turn around and bring it right back. Have to wait for Justin the manager to call, who then says he has to call the district manager. A week later I'm told that because they've never seen it in their 10+ years of experience that I am lying and they will not fix it. I wish it didn't cost so much for small claims because that's where I would take them. I am NOT a liar, especially about a $140 fix. I wish I could get a hold of the owner but apparently he lives in Kentucky. This place is shady and I highly recommend NEVER going here if you want to be treated as a liar for damage they do. Update: after personally talking to John, regional manager he will be authorizing a refund for fixing the tinted windows. He was curt IOU's and understanding. He understood where I was coming from and my belief that they had damaged the windows.

He was additionally able to get me in promptly and we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. The appointment occurred at my house which made everything a lot easier too. On the morning of the appointment Rick contacted me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived early. I wasn't home through the entire process as I had to work but he was in constant communication providing updates via text with photos. His quality of work and attention to detail is immaculate. I don't think I've ever had a car detail done with this much precision. The value you get for the time he spends doing the detail is non comparable. My 2007 Lexus while 16 years old, looks like a brand new vehicle inside. Rick also followed up the next day too which shows he goes beyond a quick business deal. For one, the pressure wand seems to be both active while not depressed, and very light on the output. For two, there's barely any foam on the foam brush. Two other tools were completely unusable. Ended up paying the same amount as full package automatic for a subpar wash. Not very good. Might be nicer if it had one of those air foamers tbh, but w/e. Gonna give this another look if I come across it again because I'm pretty sure it didn't even have any selector switch for soap/water/etc, but I might be misremembering. Come to think of it, is the air nozzle a "bring your own foamer" type of thing?? Unsure.

If I went back I'd probably do the manual wash, but it's pretty inconvenient compared to what I'm used to so I might just keep looking.
