I got the honey lemon pepper wings and a waffle. People complain about the customer service and it was fine for me. I find the owner to be nice. The restaurant is decorated with old school, retro decor. The place was clean and they have a few seats available for indoor dining. The food was just okay though. The honey lemon pepper wings were decent, not mind blowing. The waffle was soft and tasted like a good waffle. The syrup was perfect with it. The strawberry butter was way too sweet!! Good chicken & waffles - whose location is convenient to the base. Yet, the reviews about the owner being rude are 100% accurate. For someone who caters to Americans by the menu to signs being in English - his 'American' customer service is nonexistent. They also intentionally turn the ringer off during business hours, so don't expect to be able to call in your order. Decent food, TERIBLE service. The owner made it pretty clear that my kids were not to touch ANYTHING. I was so offput by his attitude towards my kids that I'll never go back. The burger was t terrible, but it definitely wasn't the best either. Not worth the trouble. Tip: if you're going to serve Americans, being right outside the entrance of a base, learn some basic American hospitality. Terrible terrible customer service. I chose to ask if I could purchase only a burger and not get the fries because that was too much food for me. I got the reply "No, we only have meals. We're not McDonald's. Maybe you should go somewhere cheaper" My husband was also interested in buying a bottle of alcohol that they had on the counter. He was interested in reading the back of the bottle first and asked if he could see one. He got the answer "you can see it just fine from there. Maybe you can go to the brit shop or commissary and find it" as 6 bottles were locked up inside of the case for sale... We will not be returning, and instead will take our €150 for that cognac and purchase through a respectful store. read more

I was craving a burger and my husband suggested this place. We went at 4 pm and it was not very busy but I wanted to get home so we ordered it to go. They offer a very simple menu selection. My husband got the chicken sandwich tossed in wing sauce topped with coleslaw and he really liked it. He said it was a really nice amount of chicken to bun ratio. I got this massive burger made with 7 ounces of fresh beef with jalapeños and a chili pepper paste. I like the jalapeños but I did not care for the chili pepper paste. Instead of the regular fries we ordered potato wedges and they were ok. We also order 6 wings in the buffalo sauce and they were good. Overall the burgers were good and very filling so be sure you are super hungry when you come here or you can split a burger with someone. read more

Pretty good burgers! I've tried the Western and the Bleu Cheese, and both were tasty. They also serve homemade sweet tea that's pretty good (I'm not a sweet tea fan). If you're nearby the Pulaski Gate/Vogelweh, give it a shot! It definitely beats McDonalds and Chilis read more

Honestly, the best Gourmet/Artisan Burgers that I have had in the area!!! Fresh Ground Beef Daily, cooked to juicy perfection, AND phenomenal toppings (Blue Cheese Burger and Sweet Baby Rays Bacon Burger are my personal favorites). Wings are crispy with phenomenal flavor and awesome sauces to have them covered in or on the side for dip. Sweet Potato Fries are fantastic, crispy and crunchy. And you must try the coleslaw...it will surprise you! If you want a delicious Gourmet Burger and a cozy, home town feel, The Roadhouse in Ktown is the best place to go! You need to try it (I am there at least once a week)! read more

The man who works at this restaurant is one of the most rude people I have met in my life. This is third time we've been to the Roadhouse and each time he has gotten increasingly rude. The food is good but, I will never go back again and I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Terrible communication and customer service. My friend had some leftovers after a group of us ate there...so he went up and asked for a to-go plate. The big dude behind the counter said, " you can't have a to-go plate because you said you were eating in." My friend then said that he would pay for a to-go plate...but the guy said no and ended up giving him a piece of foil to just dump the leftover wings and fries and wrap. My friend told him that they had terrible customer service. The dude says," I don't care, this isn't the States!" Wow. Also. The dude behind the counter is also one of the cooks. Horrible customer service, refused to serve a burger without the bun. Told me "people with gluten allergies should cook their own food." Told me they don't have forks and knives and I have to eat the food with my hands so I have to eat the bun. The attitudes of both the people that work there, and probably own it, are so bad and they act like they don't need your business. The food isn't even good, they recently changed their menu and unfortunately it's for the worse, they used to have rotisserie chicken and don't have it anymore, maybe because it requires a fork and knife. They have overpriced drinks and they don't let you bring your own even though you have to eat outside. They got rid of the few eating spots they had inside so you have to sit outside no matter what the weather.
