The worst tow company ever! Roadside gave them my information they called and asked what's wrong with the car I told them and they just hung up! Then I get a text saying they will be here at 4:03 to get the car and at 4:34 I called them back for them to tell me they don't have the equipment to tow my car which is dumb cause its needs just a regular tow truck to tow it!! I never received a call saying they weren't coming to get the car! read more

My car broke down and my roadside assistance said Roadnet would be here in an hour after an hour I got a text saying they would no longer be coming when I called ask why I was told to shut up and I was talking to much and I should just call my insurance again because he already canceled it. read more

My vehicle service contract company sent Roadnet to tow my car to a repair shop; I called the day before so the tow truck would be at my house at 7 a.m., however, after waiting for 2-1/2 hours I called and canceled, and found a different way to get my car there. read more

This has been the worst experience with a simple tow I have ever had .I went through my roadside service provider and was I in for a treat to the tune of 1192.16 the guy was suppose to tow my car to the dealership where they fix cars . Instead he tells me about making it convent for the customer if it's just a low battery and they can get the car started they do we you weren't told to do so an upon doing so arced out my computer . So beware tow company's tow cars not give boost . Got to lawyer up! read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Never even got a chance to have my truck towed. Service was scheduled through a roadside assistance company. After an initial 2 hour wait the company missed their scheduled time. After calling them they said the driver was another 40 minutes out. After another hour, called the company back and spoke to the dispatcher. He was rude over the phone and would give me no information, just stated he would have the driver call me but failed to take any of my contact information or name. After another 20 minutes and no call I reached back out to the roadside assistance company. Their represented contacted the dispatcher who told them it would probably be another 15 minutes. When it was brought up that the scheduled times had already been misses twice. The dispatcher was once again rude and suggested using a different company. Which we did. Our truck was saying it still had one quarter gas left, surprise, it didn't! We were literally four miles away from the gas station when we had to exit the highway. We called our insurance company and got a text right after the phone call ended stating roadside assistance would arrive at 10:41 am (I spoke to my insurance at 9:42am). Someone from this company called me at 10:20am stating they were on their way and it was going to take them 45 minutes to arrive. 45 minutes pass and they are not there yet ( by this time the driver had already text me he was on his way) I call him and he says 15 more minutes. We call the insurance and they contact the towing company and they say an additional 10 more minutes. After 10 minutes pass I call the driver and he says 2 more minutes and they hadn't arrived, they arrived at approximately 11:45am. We waited 2 hours in the Texas heat. Definitely do not recommend this company. If it's assigned to you by your insurance, decline and ask for another company. read more

after putting my request with liberty mutual to get my car towed on 1/8/18 around lunch they dispatched it to roadnet. after waiting 3 hours finally called them back and was repeatedly told they were 10 mins out. here it is 5pm and no tow truck. liberty mutual canceled the request and put another request for am pickup. here it is 10am and i keep getting the same response...10 min away. i finally told liberty mutual to please get me someone else!!!!! do not use these folks, especially if you are stranded!!!!!!! read more

Not a good company at all... With my insurance company i have up to 15 miles free towing and I had 17 miles to go.. I called the dispatch number after receiving my eta conformation, to ask how much per mile.. He told me $5 so I was ok... My eta was about 5:38pm so I had to wait at least an hour.. At 5:15 the tow guy called to ask my specific location then he said since my insurance only covers 15 miles I had to pay the other two.. Then he said I had to pay $20.. I told him I already spoken with his company and it was $10 he said they told him $20 but he was gonna call them to check... 15 mins later I get a new text from my insurance that my new eta is an hour more when I called the tow back (dispatcher) he said the tow guy truck overheated and they had to cancel my tow.. When I called my insurance they (the tow people) told my insurance that he had the wrong type of tow truck for my car... He was just piss cause he didn't get his pocket money.... People like them make me sick!!! read more

"the driver will be there in 10 to 15 minutes." straight bs. not a good way to do business. just be honest and you'd have a better outcome. read more

This is by far the worst towing service I've ever encountered .. For 1 the eta provided by my roadside assistance was 7:20 pm and the driver didn't not arrive until 8pm . The driver took a very long time to get my car on his truck by the time he got it on the truck the dealership where my car was to be dropped off was closed ... I had paid the driver $50 to take my car to the north side of town because the the drop off point exceeded the mileage that my insurance covered .however the driver lied and said that my insurance told him to take it to a dealership on the opposite side of town... The dealership that he dropped off at did not exceed the mileage in which my insurance covered therefore the driver basically just took my 50 dollars.. I called their office and the dispatcher was extremely rude and he told me that I was a liar ... DO NOT EVER USE THIS TOW COMPANY THEY WILL ROB U OF YOUR MONEY AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CAR TO DROP OFF POINTS THAT YOU DO NOT AUTHORIZE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Would love an option to give no stars. I am so disappointed with the "service" we received. After my car needed to be towed to the repair shop, our insurance company set us up with a tow from Roadnet. After two hours of waiting, I called Roadnet and was told that a driver had been dispatched, and it would be thirty minutes or so. After 2 more hours, I phoned again, and the man on the phone was unprofessional and rude, stating that the driver would call me directly- without even asking for my phone number. When I tried to ask when I could expect a call, he said "goodbye" and hung up on me. After waiting 30 more minutes, I called the insurance company back. They phoned Roadnet, and were told that the call had been cancelled 3 hours ago, because the vehicle wouldn't go into neutral, so they couldn't load it. I want to believe that it was an honest mistake, and that they confused me with another customer- because no one had ever even come to the house, let alone try to load my SUV. Called the insurance company back, filed a formal complaint, and had another tow company show up within 45 minutes with a smile. read more
