WORST COMPANY EVER!!! It took them longer than expected to come. The guy told me to push the car with him (I'm a woman) so I told him no. He actually left me in the road, I'm still sitting here. I called the company and they left me on hold for 10 mins. I called back and all of a sudden the manager wasn't there. They told me to call my insurance company and get someone else to do it because their driver couldn't. I have a Honda and the last towing company guy actually did everything on his own without my help. I would never recommend this towing company to anyone on their worse day. After my husbands car broke down, our insurance provided us free roadside assistance via Roadnet. Immediately after finding out who would be towing our vehicle I looked up reviews. Needless to say, I was a tad (more than a tad) nervous. The service, however went great. We were given an eta for 1015 pm. At 1010 we received a call from the gentleman who would be towing the vehicle, saying he would be another 15 minutes. He arrived at 1030 and was courteous and efficient. I would give this place zero stars if possible. I was given a little over an hour ETA. I needed the car to arrive at the mechanic by 3 pm so I tried to call the tow company contracted by my insurance to let them know in advance. I was promised a call back but never received one. It has been 45 minutes past the ETA and they are still not here. I have been trying to call to get an update and have not received a concrete time when they will arrive. This place has the poorest customer service. In the same 7 minute conversation, I am being repeatedly asked the make, model and car. They were giggling at my frustration. If you see "Roadnet" on your text notice from roadside assistance, STOP and call your roadside assistance company and ask for another towing company. They are entirely worthless and you WILL be subjected to the most cruel experience of your life. Roadside assistance is covered under my Infiniti service contract. I contacted infiniti at 9am and was told it would be an hour. At 10am, i get a text that driver is 10 minutes away. At 10:45am, i called Roadnet and they told me that one of their trucks overheated and they were sending another one and it would take 15 minutes. At 11:45am, I called Roadnet again and the dispatcher did not know what was going on and apologized, evidently no truck had overheated, but he will "rush" one to me. He got on the phone with one of his trucks, i can hear him in the background asking why I hadn't been picked up. That driver calls me immediately. This driver was condescending, rude and asks "do you want the truck or not". I said NO, not if you have this type of attitude. At this point, I knew that it was pointless to continue down this path. Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my life. I called Infiniti roadside assistance again and complained about the lack of service. They were of course professional and apologetic. They called a different tow company. Within 30 minutes, the new tow truck was at my door. Please learn from me and avoid ROADNET at all costs. They are utterly useless, disorganized, unprofessional, and won't hesitate to lie to you to keep the tow job knowing full well that they will be hours late. They say they have 27 tow trucks, but they accept every job regardless of whether they can fulfill the one hour window or not. read more

I called for road side assistance at 11:00 today and still have not received service and it is now 3:16! When I called to get a ETA the representative was so rude and hung up in my face! HORRIBLE customer service. I wish there was a ZERO stars rating. Only used because my State Farm (who is awesome) set up the tow, and never will allow their (Roadnet) "services" again. I highly recommend that you request a new carrier if your insurance company sets up your tow with them. Everyone from the driver to the manager (because yes, I had to call in 4 times asking where the truck was) are inconsiderate and disrespectful. Got different stories from each person I spoke to as to why I had a late arrival. #1: Stuck in traffic. #2: First drive was far away. #3. Going to dispatch a new driver (which I only found out after calling State Farm about service, Roadnet was of course too rude to call and let me know). The last excuse was told to me after the driver was already over 1.5hours late!! COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL! STAY AWAY! USAA set me up with this company to pick up my vehicle due to flood damage. Requested a Tow at 11:46am, said it was going to be picked up at 1:26pm (even got a text with an ETA), and it is now 9:26am the next day and my vehicle has not been picked up yet. Called over and over again and was completely disrespected and hung up on 4 times. Roadnet gave me the number to my driver, whos name is Sam, and he was pissed at me because I was calling his personal number and was wondering how I got it. Told him that Roadnet told me to call him. Sam said his shift was over and to kick rocks. Save yourself from some stress and find a different towing company! Called USAA back and told them they need to find another company and to put a note on my account to never use Roadnet for me again if I ever needed a tow. read more

Completely agree with all the other 1 star reviews. This company deserves no stars at all. Lucky to all those who got to them in 45 minutes. Mine didn't arrive until 2 hours after the ETA. I called for the service 3 hours ago. I call the company and someone always pick up but they keep telling you 20 minutes after 20 minutes. The lady spoke nicer, but the guy was just rude. Pretty much told me quit whining and wait because there were people ahead of my call. You can't expect me to lose my temper when you guys are 1 hour after the ETA/ 2 hours after the order. If I could, this place would get zero star. My cousin car broke down and her insurance sent this place to tow our car. The first time, they went to the wrong address. Then we call again, and they put in another order. Waited more than half an hour and nothing. Called insurance and they said the order was cancelled. So put in another order. Received a confirmation that they were 26 mins out. Then received a call that they were 10 mins out. Waited an extra 20 mins so we called the number. The lady told us that there was no order for us. We asked her how did we get the text and call confirmation and she told us she don't know. She doesn't have our order. Kept asking her because we're basically frustrating and she yelled at me. Continuously interrupted me and then hung up on me because I asked her to let me finish my sentence. Called back cause now we're furious. She didn't pick up and a guy picked up after the call a second time. He also raised his voice. Extremely rude. I hope my cousins insurance wouldn't work with them anymore after my complaint. Roadnet is the rudest company that I have ever come across. They are a contract service provider for Ford Roadside Assistance. If they do not like where you want to be towed they will refuse the tow service and leave you stranded on the side of the road. DO NOT USE ROADNET. Never had to be towed before so I don't know the way this usually goes. However, my experience with Roadnet was less than impressive. We called early in the morning and scheduled a pick-up just 30 minutes later. An hour later, I called to see if they were close or could give me a call once they arrived and needed help finding my car. The customer service representative responded with something like "Yeah, yeah, yeah. The driver will call you soon." and then HUNG UP ON ME. ?? Another 45 minutes or so and I called again. This time, it was "Oh he'll be there in 20 minutes." Click. Seriously, who hangs up on the client? An hour later, still no call or contact of any kind. AVOID AT ALL COST! (This is the first Yelp review I've ever written. The service was that bad! Seriously.) Assigned via Nationwide insurance claim. Got a text and call for an ETA of 1hr... After 3.5hrs of waiting they still never showed up. I called at the 1hr, 2.5hr and 3.5hr mark. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I got a flat tire today and called my insurance company to set up a tow truck to come tow my car to get a new tire, and they contacted Roadnet. They said it would be about an hour until they could get there, so I waited for an hour and a half before I called Roadnet to see where they were. They told me they would call the tow truck driver and then hung up on me. I was confused about being hung up on so I waited another 20 minutes until I called them back, but this time the man said "I have the driver right here, I'll have him call you" and he also hung up on me. After waiting another 15 mins I called my insurance company to see if they could figure out why it was taking so long. After waiting another 40 mins I called my insurance company to let them that I still had not been picked up and was still waiting, but they weren't getting a response from Roadnet and ended up calling another tow service that was able to pick me up within 20 mins. I ended up waiting about 3 1/2 hours and never once got a call back from Roadnet. This company should not exist. They provided zero service. read more

He had a NASTY attitude, and man handled my car. I had the same experience as many on here. The driver was arrogant, uncaring, I don't need your business attitude. He told me to get the guys who were working in my complex to help me push it back in the spot it was in before he moved it, and sped off out of the apartment complex. I was set up with Roadnet in Houston by roadside assistance and I was worried about some of the negative reviews but I wound up with a very pleasant experience despite the circumstances with my un-driveable car. Abraham with Roadnet called ahead before arriving, and took me and my car to dealership. He took great care with my car and did not delay. I appreciated the customer service and efficiency. I felt valued as a customer at the same time as being taken care of as quickly as possible. I would use them again. read more

My insurance company scheduled them to tow my car. The driver called and confirmed the details and said he was on the way. Then my insurance called and said the tow company cancelled because it was an unattended tow and that they had already told me that. I called the Roadnet and they said the tow driver broke down, which is a different story than what they told my insurance. As soon as I started to tell the Roadnet dispatcher that I was disappointed in how this was handled and that the driver lied about telling me my tow was cancelled, she called me "crazy" and hung up on me. read more

Twice I called my insurance during the 3-hour wait to request status updates and was told that the towing company told the insurance company that the towing company only 2 drivers available and that they estimated they would be to me in 15 minutes. After I waited 3 hours (another hour from my last call...some "15 minutes"), I called my insurance back, and they called these dummies, who LIED and told my insurance that they had called me (they had NOT) and that I didn't answer or call them back, so they cancelled my service. Never use this tow company if you can help it. If you use roadside assistance be sure to ask which company is being sent out. They provided some of the worst service I've ever received. The driver was unprofessional and seemingly incompetent. I needed my vehicle towed across the street from the office building lot it stalled in. He had the address of the shop and I gave him directions (one right turn and a u-turn). Literally across the street. He said ok, I'll just follow you. I go to get in my friends car and the tow truck takes off without me after he just said, "I'll follow you". I get to the shop and the tow truck is not there. He calls to ask where the shop is, I gave him the address again, then he says, "that's the wrong address, it's the same one the insurance company gave me and it's not right." I told him I was at the shop and the address was correct. I gave him directions again with specific instructions on where to turn. He finally passes the shop and makes the u. I was still on the phone with him as he approached the driveway. I said, turn in the next driveway where the sign says Indian Cuisine and come to the back of the bldg. He said, "I don't see the shop, whats the name of it." Again, I said, turn into the driveway and come to the back. As he makes the turn I hang up the phone. As he approaches, before he stops the truck he says, "did you hang up on me?" With an attitude. I said, what is your problem, just drop my truck. He unhooked the truck and leaves it in the driveway without assisting to get it parked when he had the resources to do so (jumper cable box). Such an unprofessional idiot. I will make sure that my insurance company never uses this tow company again. read more

Please beware of this towing company! They are thieves!! If I could leave a zero star review, I most definitely would. I was set up with this towing company through Acura Roadside assistance after my tire shredded on the freeway. They were hired to pick up my car and bring it to the dealership. In the time the driver took off with my car to bringing it to the dealership, the driver rummaged through my car and stole a bracelet from my center console, my IPhone charger, my sunglasses, and a key to my apartment. I contacted the company in regards to this and the person who answers the phone claimed "My driver said he did not touch anything in your car there was nothing in your car, go ahead and file a police report I don't care." And hung up on me. I did just that and reported this towing company to the police as well as the Better Business Bureau. This company is unprofessional and the demeanor and response to my phone call only led me to believe that this isn't the first time they stolen for a customer during a job. DO NOT chose this company as your towing service, if you are set up like I was- you have the option to ask for another company and I recommend you do to avoid being robbed. read more

Everything stated below is true. They were supposed to pick me up at 1:30 and arrived at 5. When I called to express disappointment that they were late they threatened to not send a truck to come get me. They claimed they called me and I didn't answer so they cancelled the tow truck. They left no messages, and just cancelled. When I asked the driver for proof, he provided a phone that showed he called at 3PM, 1.5 hours after they were supposed to pick me up. After waiting 5 hours for this guy to come pick up my truck, he took it to the destination when it was closed and left my keys in my damn truck!!! He tried convincing me to take it to another body shop that he said was "really good" but I already knew where I wanted my car. About 20 minutes after he left, I got a call informing me that my tow is an out-of-pocket expense because it is not going directly to the dealership. He knew that before he left the parking lot so why was I not aware of this out-of-pocket charge then??? They said my car was on the side of the road waiting for payment or they can bring it back and leave it where it was. Luckily the body shop offered to pay the bill when my car arrived. On the phone I was told that it would be $127. When I called the body shop later just to confirm my car made it she told me yes and that she paid the $200 bill. I have an Audi and the guy towed my car to the Audi dealership and he scratched my rim so bad by driving on the rim with no tire attached that I am unable to just get a new tire now as planned. Instead, I need a tire and a new rim which totals out to about $1620! After calling and calling and calling and calling the company never answered, I called the guy who towed my car and he sent me straight to voicemail and then after texted me telling me to contact the company. One the company answered the phone they were rude and hung up in my face!
