It would be better not to have one honestly because it is so bad and solves nothing. this is my 3rd time happening with FEDX this year. Never with UPS. Now I ask shippers can I choose UPS and if so I do it. Not the local peoples fault as they are fantastic and attentive and awesome. It's just in general FEDX can't seem to get it right but 1/2 the time. Now I have to file a claim and wait longer Fortunately I found local and bought. now the shipper is having to get FEDX to send it back and give them a refund. not my problem any longer but still incompetent.

Moving day August 14, 2017. The owner and 1 person arrived 3 hours late. They looked through the…read morehouse 1,000 sf plus items in a 8X10 shed. Owner said "piece of cake" I could see very soon that they didn't know what they were doing. The storage Co office closes at 5pm so I left them at 4:30 to get to the storage shed to pay and sign contract. I kept calling them, when are you coming. They said soon. They arrived in 2 hours and started unloading. They said they got everything. I paid them and as I was leaving the storage facility they informed me that by accident they locked the shed with everything still in it. Also a few items were still in the house. I was closing on the house in the morning and things had to be moved out by than. They said they could come back in a couple of days. I explained that they left me in an awful mess. The next morning I had to call a Locksmith for the shed and get someone else to move out the rest of my stuff. This cost me a lot more money as you can imagine. Thunder Ridge damaged two of my antiques badly and wouldn't admit to it. My advice is "Do not use this co" unless you like problems. VP
