Roadway Productions is without a doubt at the top of their game. We have been working with them for about 2 years now, and have never worked with a better group. I have been in the concession and event admin field for almost 40 years and have worked with 100's of production companies and event venues over the years. That being said, I have to say that French and Tara, are the best. They are happy to go out of the way accommodate your needs. The Batfest and NOLA, are among two of the best events we have done since setting up shop here in Austin, and that was all thanks to them and the great work and effort they put into everything they do. I work with non-profits in the local area and they have always been more than happy to help and reach out to help the local community. We rented a stage from Roadway Productions for a private fundraising event. We got several quotes from other vendors and found that Roadway was competitively priced but the customer service was excellent. They were responsive (i.e. they actually call you back) professional, and upfront about their estimates (unlike some of the others that would provide a quote and then add on additional fees for delivery, off hours, etc but wouldn't tell you until the final hour). The guys that showed up to set up the stage were incredibly professional and helpful and set up and took down a great stage for our event. I will definitely use them again when needed. read more

I was a vendor at Bat Fest 2018, and I must say that I am simply impressed with Roadway Productions. The production team was incredibly helpful and responsive, the event itself had a great turnout (which is obviously important for vendors), and the overall process was just so fluid and well managed. All of the festival goers I spoke with throughout the event seemed to be having a great time. Not to mention, I had front row seats to fantastic artists all day and night! Been to quite a few La. Swamp Fests when they were in Austin and my family and I always really enjoyed them. This year up in Cedar Park they did nothing to disappoint. Great music, food and atmosphere! 1st class production, interactive entertainment, and the lay out of the event allowed for a Very comfortable environment with great viewing angles.
