What an epic birthday for our 3 year old. All 10 kids were easily satisfied for over 3 hours. The…read morejumper was in great condition and safely bolted down to the ground. The combo jumper can be used wet or dry but we decided to leave it dry for the day. Pick up and drop off were incredibly easy, with no issues at all. They consistently communicate with you during the whole process. The best part about the whole rental was the early drop off and late pickup. Although, definitely not guaranteed, because of how busy they were, they dropped it off on Friday and picked it up on Sunday. We were able to not only play with it on Saturday, but enjoyed two extra jump sessions on the day before and after the party.

The water was left on so the whole backyard was flooded when I got home and I spent 2 hours cleaning the slide. I had to shop vac all the water out so I could get all the rocks. When I sent a message in I was told "the guys have been working 7 days a week" TBH It's not my problem, I paid $550 and expect the service I paid for. Will not be using you again.
