I asked in the main administrative office next to the station and the guard was helpful in guiding me to one of the ladies in administration. Sabrina was great in helping me with the paperwork, taking the picture, and processing the card through the computer downstairs. She went way beyond the call of duty by personally walking me to the train station ticket vending area and showing me how to fund or reload the Easycard. She set a great example of customer service at Tri-rail in South Florida. What a wonderful experience! She's a great asset to Tri-rail.

Now the other train service called Bright Line had a special shuttle that was nice vs a free bus, but you had to pay for that ride and pay quite a bit for a ticket. The Tr-Rail ticket was $5.00. I didn't feel that the ticket purchasing system was user friendly. I tried multiple times and was charged three times before someone assisted me. The funny part is that no one asked to see my ticket on the train. They allow commuters to bring bikes and they took up a lot of room which left little room to get by. Many people saved a seat with a bag and would not move the bag to open a seat. There were 15 or so boys running back and forth throughout the ride and kept bumping into me. Not one said excuse me or I'm sorry. They had no staff on the train that I saw. Overall it was an ok ride but not comfortable and I will look for alternate rides next time.
