We needed the advice and professional guidance if someone who KNOWS what they're doing so he could find adequate footwear. Well, we found it here. "Reese" helped us find the right orthotic and shoes to help with walking and comfort. Back in the day, I worked as a shoe repairman and owned my own shop. So I know as fast talker when I hear one, so I was pleased with what I saw and heard while being helped today. We spent about $130 for each pair of shoes and $50 for the orthotics - very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend this place for buying shoes. Thank you! PS - not affiliated with this business to include being friends or family

Reece helped me resolve problems and helped me with suggestions to help me in future trips of walking and hiking. Reece is number one in customer service, and is just a wonderful, nice guy. I popped in to purchase a pair of Hoka's that were on hold for me while the n town this weekend. I came into the store not expecting much and was wowed! A huge floor space that does not served overcrowded. However a tremendous inventory of shoes, socks and other merchandise. I also picked up a few pair of Feetures socks, but they have several different brands too. I was disappointed they had few selections in Large. I found it cool that they have a 3D in sole maker. I've never seen one before. Several staff asked me for help as I browsed. I tried my shoes on with personal attention loosening the string and tying them up. I've yet to get this level of service from even my own local store at home. Checkout was smooth and I was enrolled in their rewards program. You can use the points for online purchases too! I thought the overall value of my purchase was very good. My items were quality, not cheap and I'm fine with this. Now as I travel I will look for Fleet Feet. But I feel certain Roanoke has something special going on.

If the items in the display window looked nice, when I walked inside the store I was amazed at all of the beautiful quality items that I saw there. A friendly and very knowledgeable lady in charge of the store was having a young man employee move some of the Boots to the back of the store where all the discounted items are displayed. She talked to me about the company and brought me to the area where the exotic Western Boots were kept so that I could admire all the different boot skins from ostrich to snake and beyond. Everything in the store were quality items, from hats, belts, belt buckles, jewelry, knives, colone, leather wallets, leather purses, apparel, sunglasses, greeting cards, home decorations, toys, stuff animals, and even pet items. On the back wall of the store, high above, there is a mural painted representing the Blue Hill Mountains and the Star of Roanoke, which gives the store a local flavor. Among my favorite items in the store is an artwork of a white barn with the saying: "The simple things MAKE LIFE WORTH LIVING." I highly recommend everyone reading my review to visit this store. I'm sure it will be an amazing experience in and of itself, and who knows, you might come out with one of your favorites items to take home. .

Unfortunately, by early March, the roof was leaking in multiple locations. I contacted the company several times regarding the issue. During each conversation, customer service representatives assured me that someone would follow up, but I never received a return call. After multiple phone calls and providing photos documenting the leaks, the company acknowledged the problem and informed me that a technician would be sent to repair the roof. However, no one ever came, and the issue remains unresolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. The lack of follow-through and poor communication have made this a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I kept track of our communications by email. She sent me the order form by email attachment on 6/20/2023, I paid the deposit on 6/23/2023 and the crew came and did the install on 6/27/2023. That is what I call service. My carport is large, 22x40 feet with 10 foot legs. The frame is double legs, upgraded to 12 gauge and extra braces. The ends are gabled. The installation crew is very skilled and hard working. They arrived at 10am and finished by 4pm. Two hours later a typical Pennington county, South Dakota storm came up with hail and 75 mph wind gusts. The carport withstood it with no problem.
