The team was fantastic. Prequalification was as easy as their website is to use and upload paperwork. They never bombarded us with calls and yet we were able to talk to Rob while he was on vacation. He sent us multiple quotes for different rates, sales prices, and down payments so we could see our options before shopping. And then... My first time buying a home overall was very stressful but everyone said it was supposed to be "fun"! Rob and Ledora literally pulled every string possible to get my condo financed for me. Since I am a single female, approval was already cutting it close with income to debt ratio with student loans. No way could I have done it without Rob & Ledora! They worked their butts off everyday for me, for what seemed a lifetime, always available via email, text, and every phone call with my first buyer "dumb" questions. They were willing to take the time and explain everything to me which was foreign real estate language at the time. I am much more knowledgeable now on how it all works so I am shocked that they were able to close my loan in 16 days, after falling out of escrow once in the same place due to income verification by underwriting.
