I got my hair done twice here now, the hairdresser knows me by name now and we share a lot of stories about both US and Australia. She is very talkative and keeps me company, which is good times flies by. When I come, I get a trim, a wash/dry and my hair straighten. What I dislike is that it's pretty small, and a bit crowded with all the hair supplies that's around. However, the good thing is that the staff is very friendly.

The lady who bleached/coloured my hair had no idea what she was doing. What was meant to be ombre…read morehair can only be best described as the mullet of dip-dyes. She put the bleach on several inches higher at the back than it is at the front, so that the bleached part goes up much higher at the back than it is at the front. There is also no blending to create an ombre effect. The cut was no better. I told the senior stylist that I hated my last hair cut (at a different hair dresser), and for some reason all she did was trim it a few inches and raise the layers a few inches so that it was exactly the same as it was last time I had it cut. They also had a very small selection of 'crazy colours', unlike what they advertise. I'm definitely never going back here.
