I hurt myself early January in class and tried to cancel my membership over the phone first to…read morewhich I was told it would be canceled. Next month I still recieved another charge to which I sent an email again requesting a cancellation on June 29th with no response and I was still receiving charges on my card. I received a phone call today October 11th..from a female speaker saying she was the manager. I again reiterated that I wanted my membership canceled and that I had been disputing the charges. She then stated they were going to fight the disputes and send my "unpaid balance" to collections. And that I need to fill out some form to cancel. She stated that since I'm a first responder that a collections notice would look bad for me. To which I said please just do the reasonable thing and cancel like I had initially requested months ago I don't have a contract it's just a month to month charge but She refused. Look the gym itself is pretty good quality and so are the instructors. But the way they do business is super rude and shady when it comes to management.
