The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about every patient. After 10+ years, I still receive an excellent reception and care. Dr. Matt is truly the best in the field -- knowledgeable, patient, and skilled. He takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns and makes sure I feel comfortable every step of the way. When i initially visited, it after just a few sessions, I noticed a huge improvement in my pain and mobility. Since then I visit him as needed. My best life would be weekly visits but realistically I try to see Doc once a month. Definitely recommend Dr Matt Robbins and his staff. They are the Most caring office, appointment or not, you are a priority. I never feel rushed and Dr Matt Robbins, is always willing to listen to what is best for you. I came to Dr Matt Robbins after a long surgery that caused neuropathy pain, to discover L4 and SI damage. While working with both, neurologist and Dr Matt's office, it has been my saving grace. While they take insurance, accident claims and cash/credit cards, his prices are reasonable and they offer discounted bundles to help the pocket expenses. I'm 86, hv scoliosis, osteoarthritis & osteoporosis. One might think nothing can be done for the recurring pain but expert chiropractic care sure changes that. Dr Robbins is thorough, professional, very experienced and genuinely interested. I was concerned about chiro because I haven't had great experiences til now. Robbins has changed all that. I've waited literal years to write this review, but I feel the need to say something because of what I experienced here. I feel that Dr. Robbins does much of the bodywork in front of others in order to avoid any accusations of inappropriate behavior, but I still feel that I experienced this from him in front of another patient. I have arthritis in my SI and resulting issues throughout my pelvis and glutes. I have no problem being touched by practitioners in these areas as it is necessary. Once Dr. Robbins was working on a spot close to my genitals, and it was very painful. I let out a yelp of pain, and Dr. Robbins joked with the waiting patient that he was "getting back at all the women who have rejected me." I still feel that this remark was deeply disturbing and reflective of an attitude of violence towards women. read more

My mom and sisters see Dr. Robbins and now I do as well. Dr. Robbins is about as qualified and experienced as they come with chiropractic care. This guy is a pro, do yourself a favor and if you haven't seen him, you should, he is a seasoned master. Great staff and normally is able to see me even on short notice. read more

My wife recently went to this chiropractor, and received a neck adjustment without proper consultation. Now, she is experiencing significant pain in her neck and it is very problematic. The chiropractor charged an inflated first visit which we thought included an X-ray. No X-ray was done so his adjustments were made with limited information. So, to have a neck adjustment when you have a person you have only serviced twice is negligence at its worse and poor professionalism at best. Please think twice before using this company. read more

Dr. Robbins is phenomenal! I've been coming to his practice for a while now and he has made so many of my problems disappear. Dr. Robbins did a thorough exam during my first few visits, and once he learned what issues I had, he ensured to address those issues as well as any news concerns. This chiropractic office and all of its staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. This office is sparking clean and is easy to get to! There is plenty of parking nearby. read more
