I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

We recently purchased a new home and had a very poor landscaping company perform work for us to the point where I had to hire G&S Landscaping to come in and fix multiple things that were done wrong. We had hired Clear Creek Landscaping for our project which turned out to be a very poor choice, there work ethic and quality of work is just horrible. Our irrigation manifold was leaking in 5 spots even after Clear Creek tried 5 times to fix it...they had no idea what they are doing...G&S came in and tore out all the poor irrigation work and replaced it with proper connections and took the time to make sure everything was secure with proper fittings and clamps.
