This is a hazard in the winter because my patio turns into an ice rink. Aaron knows I'm disabled and struggle with snow and ice removal. I have had numerous convo's with Aaron and he claims it's not his fault. I contacted a professional who says the concrete was not calculated correctly and to do it correctly the entire patio would have to be redone. I cannot afford that.. Aaron did say at some point he could put a drain in, however it would not take care of all the pooling.... Also since that convo, he has not reached out, and last msg I sent him, he did not return.. I have all pics and conversations documented... If you want concrete done, I wouldn't go with this guy... very disappointing...

I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.
