No need for that admonition from the cashier. A simple, "It is Prom time, we are backed up terribly and are unable to meet your deadline," would have been acceptable. I may return, but my wife took her pants back to the store and will wait 7-10 days and save $70.00 on alteration fees, and receive outstanding customer service.

However they took me in and got me scheduled super fast. Each lady I worked with was so kind and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and happy, no matter what. They were very patient with me too, at first I was a little nervous about my wedding dress because I didn't know what to expect but they exceeded my expectations! I also took my bridesmaid dress to them and they helped me out so much and made sure it fit. Overall, wonderful service, amazing workers, and a very neat and tidy shop! As I'm starting to pack my suit for a wedding out of town I noticed that my pants and jacket have white powder on them. They brushed off on my jacket, but not on my pants. It was hard and crusty. I drive back up to the business and showed them what I found, asking if I could get them cleaned today since I'm flying out of town early in the morning. The woman behind the counter was very rude and said she couldn't do it. I then asked for a refund for my suit since the service I paid for wasn't completed and she also refused to do this. The only option was to leave my suit and get it back tomorrow afternoon; I fly out of town at 6:30am. As I live in the neighborhood and love Wyoming, I will not be returning to this location or recommend it to my fellow neighbors. For now on I will drive out of my way to get my items cleaned.

She asks for my phone number and I gave it to her. She asks if I'm paying now and I replied that by paying now is there a discount and she said "yeah, 10%". She notices that I'm paying with a card and she begins to tell me they have fees which cancels out the discount. Given how she's handling my blouses I just decide to go elsewhere given I would have to anyway for my tablecloths. This is literally the 3rd time of visiting this location and all 3 times the experience gave RACISM. There are definitely other dry cleaning businesses with proper customer service. I'll definitely try to reach the owner "Grandma" as I was told today. Who says "Grandma" when you're being serviced in a supposed professional establishment? The front line service needs training on how diversity. African Americans are EVERYWHERE so get used to it!

I was able to pin it for prom, but I took it to the sweet lady at NCH Custom Tailors and asked her to cut the tail off and make the dress the same length all the way around. This dress was covered with sequins and tiny beads, which made it difficult to work with. It took several weeks, but the dress looks as good as new and is hanging in the closet waiting for it's future owner. Maybe my daughter will wear it again one day.

She does a great job of listening to her brides and helping them reach their visions. The bustle she put into my dress worked out perfectly. It looked beautiful during the ceremony and was easy to bustle it afterwards. I bought my wedding dress a size smaller than I should have in hopes that I would lose weight before the wedding. That didn't end up happening and Tammy luckily was able to add some fabric to the back of the dress so that it was more comfortable for me. I was worried about it looking "off" when I added more fabric but you couldn't even tell! My husband and I had to make some changes to our wedding due to COVID. We ended up pushing back our wedding a few months and Tammy was so accommodating. She held onto my dress for me so that it was one less thing I had to worry about and even steamed it for me before the wedding so it was fresh and ready to go. She really went above and beyond what she was required to do. She made multiple changes to my dress that she didn't have to make. Tammy really wanted it to be perfect for me!
