Despite multiple phone calls, numerous voicemails, and email exchanges stating that management was "in training," there has still been no resolution. At this point, the practice has continued to hold money that is owed back to the patient, which is completely unacceptable. Communication appears to be lacking, and follow-through on patient concerns seems nonexistent. Based on what I have witnessed through the experiences of others, I would never choose to use this facility. In a community like Pace, reputation and word of mouth matter. The way patients are treated after payment is just as important as the care they receive. Pace Dental, do better. Your community's trust is what keeps your business going.

Then after a few x-rays, they make me wait until 5:46 when I finally got up and just saw all of them standing there laughing. They say that I'm still waiting on the hygienist. Someone says "maybe the Dentist can go in first" instead of him saying anything, and he doesn't even look at me and smiles nervously and walks away with the others like a little kid to go look at something. It's not the patients problem that there is one hygienist, don't let me make an appointment if the only hygienist has to work on 5 people. Take away the time-slot. It's disrespectful to my time to not just reschedule me or let me know that I'd be waiting 2 hours and they aren't even giving me a cleaning. Charging back the 29$ doesn't even feel good, I wish I could take more back for sitting there for two hours doing nothing. They wipe their ass with appointments. Just walk in. They use some pretty advanced technology (in my experience) to provide x-rays, pictures and treatment plans all in a single interface that they use to explain what needs to be done. I also didn't feel pressured like some of the corporate dentists offices that dot the Pensacola area. Admittedly, Dr. Cole isn't proficient in dental insurance costs, but I'd say that's true for most professionals and why they have office staff. I came away with a true plan of action, appointments to make it happen and the prescriptions to help my painful situation in the meantime.

They fixed 2, then I had problems after they "fixed/updated" them. Soon after, they insisted I fix more old work. I switched dentists instead. It's been 8 years with our new dentist, and my teeth are great. ADC also recommended work on my son that didn't need to be done. When they did the work on my teeth, my bite was off and I had jaw/neck problems for a few months. Even had to get on muscle relaxers. They tried to fix my bite twice, and the second fix worked. It was a pain. I've never had problems with another dentist like this.

She recommended replacing old silver fillings with white. I was in so much pain while she filled them, never had I experienced in all my dental needs. Then my gum underneath the molar was gone; creating an oasis of food collection and infections every few weeks. She lied about my decaying molar she filled, stating it was the antibiotics and my mouth was too small and could not open. I tried to get in to be seen multiple times, only after three weeks she finally saw me. I was distraught and I complained of the grayness/brown molar she worked on three weeks ago, along with the food collection; pain. She stated the discolor was due to the antibiotics. She never gave me the antibiotics until after our conversation! Please don't go to her. Hygienists were wonderful, not the dentist.

These days everyone's trying to say it's safe with metal and x-rays, but I know I can't put a spoon in a microwave. Next I'm poor and was asking if my Medicaid could cover Invisalign because my teeth are very sensitive in a few little certain areas because of a misalignment other than that my teeth are good. I've only had four cavities back when I was 14 years old I'm 30 now , another lady comes in and starts trying to sell me veneers she wanted to shave my perfectly good teeth down and charge me hundreds to thousands per tooth. These people do not give a shit the whole place was packed out like we're cattle in there. Weirdos and psychos in there. so now I've had my head x-rayed with who knows what consequences and nothing to show for it. And FYI, the government takes those taxes out of my paychecks every two weeks for the Medicaid that I have. so I'm not getting shit free either
