Unfortunately, it took many edits because he was not matching apples to apples - way under quoting us Thousands (I caught all his mistakes). Since we knew him, we got through it and finally signed some policies with him. A few months later, Brandon tried to help me via text with a Life Insurance policy. I told him I had to read through 33 pages, and he just said "Just sign it then it's good haha" (after the first issues, NO). At the same time, I was also dealing with my fiancé's fall, fractured vertebrae and he literally ignored the fact of this happening and let me know to contact him when I was ready. NO CONCERN FOR HIM whatsoever (just as much his client as well). He texted me that he needed to talk to me. Brandon never called me back. I stopped caring at this point. If he was a good agent, he would have cared, he would have called me back, he would have correctly quoted us from the beginning and not RUSHED through it...if he was good - he wouldn't have to leave HIMSELF a five-star google review, just look (until he deletes this google violation). THEN the worst happened. He had his employee, Andrew, "take over" my account.... Andrew asked me if I would be comfortable with him as my agent, I wasn't bc of Brandon. I was then SET-UP-- Brandon impersonated him acting like Andrew, via text and email, calling from Andrew's number as I knew it... acted on his behalf without me knowing. Very UNETHICAL, not sure that is even legal! Then Brandon was saying I was harassing them - I JUST WANTED AN HONEST, ETHICAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AGENT - NOT IMPERSONATIONS! By you impersonating your colleagues Brandon, Yeah, you will get a reaction! Then, goodness - Brandon said I couldn't get another agent, he said a straight "NO!" when I asked - LIAR, or just ignorant! I just did, I called Farmers and am currently transferring agents. Brandon, DO NOT impersonate your employees. Brandon, call people back when you are supposed to. Brandon, check your business ethics. Good luck, the kitchen may be a better place for you if you don't learn from this.

Two years ago we used this carrier/agency for our home coverage. Their rates were outrageous but…read moreare the norm in Colorado because of previous fire claims and this industries failure to properly fund reserves given increased risk related to climate change. When it came time to renew, a representative from this particular agency began yelling at me when I questioned certain aspects of our coverage that weren't applicable to our home. Needless to say, we did not renew with them. And, because of the treatment we received, I emailed Mr Weatherman a detailed explanation suggesting his staff was in need of serious training in customer relations. I never received a response nor apology. Today we received a letter soliciting coverage thru this agency. Yet, despite having previously written coverage for our home, the info detailed in the letter was not reflective of our home. While I understand this is a phishing letter, it seems rather incompetent that they would not have used information they clearly had on file in the solicitation. Finally, and to be clear a different Allstate agency, had promised to write coverage for our neighbors home but required they remove 100 trees. After completing the removal, Allstate declined to write the coverage. I'm relaying this second incident as another example of the mediocre and incompetent service the insurance industry seems to have adopted in recent years. Perhaps AI could replace agencies since this appears to be the sub-level of service we can all expect going forward.
