He had viewed my CT scans online when I was in the ER, so he knew my case. He examined, then presented the options and his recommendation. And we were on our way. Today he fixed my orbital blowout (yeah, that's what they call it) at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Rosenblum came to see me prior to surgery, and not a lot of surgeons do that. A fabulous personal touch. He was friendly, yet all business and entirely professional. He came in saying, "You look great with your broken face," which was a helpful ice-"breaker"!! He reviewed all my pre-op tests results thoroughly along with my whole "chart," was upbeat, and inspired optimism and great trust in his skills. After surgery, he met and talked with my friend who escorted me to Missouri Baptist Medical Center (friend or family for the driving situation is required), and gave her all the particulars, spending a good piece of time to explain everything. Kudos for that!! All-around, a top-notch, first-class physician and surgeon!

Being able to get (basically) immediate care was really great. I joined the waitlist online and made my way there when it was my turn. They started me out with a hearing test, and then I met with the doctor. She prescribed me with some meds to try to help the problem, and gave me a couple of possible causes for my attack. It was still so early, so it was hard to eliminate all of the possible factors. I do wish I was given a print out and more information, as I think it would have been helpful for my future appointments at other doctors, but I walked out empty handed. I continued to have problems and called again the next day. The doctor was pretty prompt in calling me back which I genuinely appreciate. All in all, it's a solid service given what it is- walk in. Front desk was really helpful, and everyone was really kind.

As I wanted to be seen to have my ears cleaned, I thought it would be easy. The website was a no go, as the staff would have seen me in a week. So I dropped in or walked in as they now allow. The walk in process ended up taking about 60 minutes. Not terrible, but not exactly as expected. As I will be traveling and not back in town for a while, I wanted to get this done. After a 2 hr wait, the appointment took 5 min and I was informed that there had been an emergency the day before so those people were being prioritized into the schedule with the people who actually had set appointments. I recommend that if that happens again, you call and reschedule people instead of making them wait 2 hours. Needless to say I won't be back.

He handed him a rx for 10 pain pills and stated "I've done over 500 surgeries and never had to give anyone stronger pain meds" then he very cocky like walked out. Needless to say my husband will not even go back for his follow up he just has lived with the still continuing pain in his ear. (This is the first time I've ever left a review on yelp and hopefully the last negative one I just felt strongly about sharing this so others can do their homework better than my husband did I took several weeks before posting this so this isn't a fast out of anger review. My husband used this office for a surgery to repair a deviated septum. He only actually talked to the doctor for a total of maybe 1 minute. The day after his surgery he had a follow up appointment and we had a 12:00 appointment and didn't go back to a room till 12:25 then proceeded to wait in the room for about another 30 minutes before anyone came in to examine him. All this time he is extremely uncomfortable! I would say don't go to this office if you want on time service! We will not be recommending them at all!!

My consultation eased my worries as I was allowed to as any and all questions I wanted to and the consultant was awesome. From my doctor to the nurses, front desk and consultant were professional, kind and friendly. The surgery went fine and I am now two weeks post procedure. I have a way to go yet to see the final results but what I can see so far makes me very happy. the surgery is not pain free but it is also very tolerable and does not take all that long. I had three areas done and felt like the whole experience went by quickly. There is post op pain, swelling and bruising but that is what you can expect from this type of procedure. If you are realistic going in you will be fine. I was a registered nurse and I never saw or experienced anything that made me uncomfortable. I would recommend Sono Bello to others.
