Since my ex had over 20 hidden accounts and refused to turn in his discovery, I asked mark to issue subpoenas. He didn't. Instead, he offered a deal to persuade me into signing the agreement: if I agreed to give my inheritance to my ex, he would represent me in a partition to divide undisclosed assets case next. But, when it came time for it, he refused. You owe me my inheritance back mark. Watch out, he manipulates his own clients.

Almost everything is handled by non-lawyer employees. Insurance companies know that, they make way-low offers, which are almost always taken. Two friends were injured in a classic wreck, they had the green light, middle of the intersection, a driver on his phone plowed through, hitting the Right-Side Door. Car video caught it all. One of the injuries was unusual, the passenger's hearing was dramatically affected. I called a couple retired PI lawyers I respected, described the case; after two of them suggested Marc Lenahan, I quit and called Mark. He has a reputation in the legal community of taking cases with unique injuries and pursing them vigorously. The clients were amazed: he called and talked with them for over an hour, explained how he practiced, their options to choose other counsel, talked about their damages, "If you do want to hire me, here's my address, call and make an appointment." The Insurance Company Adjuster made offers that were insulting, a couple thousand dollars, take it or leave it. Marc called, "We can reject it, file suit, that will likely get the attention of somebody above the Adjuster." Marc did. And, a couple months later called to say he'd gotten 100% of the Policy Limits. On both claims! Many PI lawyers only take "major" cases that may net them beaucoup bucks. This wasn't "major", just two good people whose lives were changed forever by a careless driver. Mark handled it the same way he would a million-dollar case. Dallas Personal Injury lawyers know about each other. I've never practiced PI, those I know and trust sent me to Marc. And he got my friends every cent available. He stayed in contact with them, kept them fully aware, gave them a complete accounting of how their payments were computed. Ethics are a major part in law practice. From what I saw, Marc's are of the highest.

Response to owner: Well no, because as you can see I've attached some screenshots that show that I reached out by phone after I didn't hear back to my web response to the yelp request where you accepted. I was eager to get going with an attorney and you were the first to respond and say that you could help whereas other attorneys were hesitant to work in Euless but open and waiting for my response. So I wanted to connect with you because you were first and because time is of the essence. I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not. And since you haven't even called me back since Tuesday and it's now Friday I'm not really sure what your argument is. Hence this review. They responded and said that they were happy to help me and then when I gave them information that was in the original inquiry about the two cities I have expired registration tickets out of they never got back to me even though I left several messages.

The staff was always helpful as well as Gary Kollmeier was professional throughout the process. I found him to be very professional, laid back and wise. For here's the deal. In a DIVORCE one side is always unhappy. My mom did ok. But it was a division of assets that had to be done. They do the heavy lifting. You're never going to get everything but looking back he protected her in ways we didn't know we would need. In DIVORCE there are no winners. He did his BEST. You can never undo who said what, who did what....that's just life. The lawyers are there to represent the person that hired them. Split the assets and protect the children. You will never get that POUND of FLESH you so desire at times. But that's for GOD to sort out. My advise...? If you want a hard working honest decent person? Here he is. Is he perfect?.... Probably not. But I can say, from my experience he was as good as they come. And he was a nice guy. Just realize he can't fix what he didn't break.

I was recently asked to become the executor of my neighbor's estate. Her existing estate executor…read moredeveloped dementia, so she felt the need to change her executor to my wife and I. Mr. Meredith drafted the will and estate documents for my neighbor in 2012. I reached out to Mr. Meredith on October 27th, 2018 to establish a line of communication to indicate the updated wishes of my neighbor (she is 83 years young, and a three time cancer survivor). We were able to setup a call for November 2nd at 3PM; however, we never received a call at this time. After e-mailing Mr. Meredith and his assistant, we finally received the call around 4:10-15PM to confirm my neighbor's request was valid. I have sent two follow-up e-mails, and placed a phone call since the November 2nd discussion to get an ETA on seeing a draft of the new documents. It is now November 29th, and we have not received any documents from Mr. Meredith. Literally, a change that would take about 10 minutes of using "Find - Replace" in the word document was not a priority for Mr. Meredith or his staff for a returning client. I've since decided to enlist the services of another estate planning attorney. Thankfully, said attorney found an oversight in the will produced by Mr. Meredith (the will never named a Trustee of her estate). Highly disappointing. I would not personally recommend Meredith, PC based upon this experience.
