You might be asking yourself like I did: "Isn't it ironic, that an estate planning and legal expert in helping older folks LATE in life -- is named EARLY?" All jokes aside, Mr. Early is the first and only lawyer I have ever trusted. Here's why: Four years ago, I called Mr. Early because my mother was diagnosed with dementia. Several teams of people overseas were harassing her and calling her and scamming her and stealing her money. Even her own money manager was scamming her. Desperate for help, I called Mr. Early after searching online for an excellent law firm. I came across the name Early Law Firm and read their Google Maps reviews. Everyone said the same thing: Steven Early is the BEST. So I called Early Law Firm, not expecting to hear back from anyone for weeks. She needs this money to live -- so NEVER use Athene. (Athene is predatory and they hire third party contractors to transfer retirement funds to them to manage. Legally, they protect their unethical practices by hiding behind predatory sales contractors, so they can't be sued directly. Call your state's Attorney General to report any annuity company who does this.) Because of Mr. Early's kindness and willingness to share his 30 years of expert legal experience and knowledge for free, my mom now has her retirement money, with no $30,000.00 fee. THANK YOU, MR. EARLY! I promised Mr. Early when I could afford a will and revocable living trust, that I only wanted one law firm to set them up for me: Early Law Firm.
