I never imagined that "Acton" or "Country" would be Incorporated into our wedding, but we LOVE Acton Country Flowers (although I think they're now Acton Creative Flowers). They were so easy to work with, and although I had not real frame of reference, their prices were far less than I expected to pay for centerpieces, flowers on each table, bouquets, and all the rest. From the jump, my wife had a ton of ideas about flowers - from what she wanted to see in her bouquet, to some display projects (such as a canopy / chupa above our heads at the ceremony and flower swing displays at the reception) that would require a collaborative effort between us and Linda's team. Our business uses ACF any time we need to send an arrangement, which is quite often. If I had the choice I would NEVER use anyone else. The arrangements are always gorgeous and expertly presented. The flowers last forever and Linda goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect & delivered on time. Do yourself a favor and CALL THEM next time you need something! Also, just because they are in Acton don't assume they can't deliver further away. I've been surprised many times by how far they were willing to go (depending on their schedule). I'll never use a wire service again! I've read the few negative reviews on here and am quite surprised. I guess Linda is a bit blunt/honest but I'd prefer that over someone telling me exactly what I want to hear and then doing something else. I didn't get to why I was sending flowers as before the woman asked for the address. When I gave the address she responded with "I hate that street, it's really a pain". I got married in August in Camarillo and i had heard great things about Acton Country Flowers, Im from Acton so Im a little biased and love using people out there even though i live in Simi Valley now. I had been saving pictures on pinterest for quite some time and knew somewhat what I wanted for my flowers. I made an appointment with Linda and instantly felt as though she would do a great job. We scheduled our test and I was so unbelievably in love with the flowers it was exactly what I was thinking! The wedding day rolls around and someone tells me Jennifer your flowers are here! I run out the door to go looks at them and am pretty surprised by what is in front of me... It's not even close to the test.. ok breathe... nothing i can do now right? I spoke with Linda after the wedding and she said that some of the flowers were of poor quality so she couldn't use them and had to alter the arrangements which was why they were so different. Kinda wish we are notified, or my coordinator was told this when flowers arrived so we had a heads up. Its in the contract that things can be modified due to poor product and i guess could happen to anyone just a little surprising.
