They told me it was sciatica. They then tried to fix it by giving me cortisone shots and pain pills with no success. After three times I gave up. However, when I got there yesterday, AprI'll 23rd, I was told that I was DISCHARGED from their practicedue for non-compliance of my signed Pain Management Agreement" I was stunned!
