No stuffy atmosphere or awkward silence--just a team of genuinely happy people who seem to enjoy what they do. At one point I heard Coldplay playing while everyone was laughing and working together, and it honestly made me forget I was at a dental appointment. Dr. Nicole has a very down-to-earth personality that immediately puts you at ease. She takes the time to explain everything, shows you before-and-after photos, and makes sure you understand exactly what's going on with your teeth. I never felt rushed or talked down to. Yes, I had to wait a little while, but after seeing how much time and attention she gives each patient, it was absolutely worth it. When it was my turn, I received the same level of care and attention. Most importantly, the treatment was completely painless. I left with healthier teeth, a better understanding of my dental health, and a much better attitude about going to the dentist. If you're looking for a dental office that feels more like being cared for by friends than being processed through an appointment, Brewer Family Dentistry is the place to go. And i dont think that will change as I do not feel admin cares about the individual patient. They DO care that they make money. Remember that PCHC fired all of their dentists and made them apply to get their jobs back at different rates of pay recently. My broken front tooth held on with the splint for a year and a couple of months despite having been there 5 times for my broken tooth, they told me i wasnt an established patient, and they were full when i tried to make a follow-up appointment after they had their overhaul of the entire practice. 1 year later and my broken tooth and the one next it were pulled and I'm getting bridgework at Stillwater Dental.
