I never thought I'd leave a review saying I actually enjoyed going to the dentist, but here we are…read more From the moment I walked in, the entire office felt different from the typical dental experience. No stuffy atmosphere or awkward silence--just a team of genuinely happy people who seem to enjoy what they do. At one point I heard Coldplay playing while everyone was laughing and working together, and it honestly made me forget I was at a dental appointment. Dr. Nicole has a very down-to-earth personality that immediately puts you at ease. She takes the time to explain everything, shows you before-and-after photos, and makes sure you understand exactly what's going on with your teeth. I never felt rushed or talked down to. Yes, I had to wait a little while, but after seeing how much time and attention she gives each patient, it was absolutely worth it. When it was my turn, I received the same level of care and attention. Most importantly, the treatment was completely painless. I left with healthier teeth, a better understanding of my dental health, and a much better attitude about going to the dentist. If you're looking for a dental office that feels more like being cared for by friends than being processed through an appointment, Brewer Family Dentistry is the place to go. That version sounds like a real patient. The mention of Coldplay and the "worth the wait" comment makes it memorable and different from the standard "great staff, highly recommend" review. They also are one of the only providers in Brewer Maine to take Northeast Delta Dental!!!

I have never said this about any doctor/dental office in the past, but my visit here was wonderful…read more I came in for a broken tooth and within 90 minutes, i was set up, had my exam, my tooth was repaired, and I was out the door. Dr. Thies was excellent: very skilled, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. The dental team walked me through everything they were doing and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. There was no upselling for products or services I didn't need or pressure to do anything additional. I honestly can't say enough good things about my visit today!

Both dentists i saw were good. I was first seen back in November 2021…read more It is the way that PCHC dental is run. And i dont think that will change as I do not feel admin cares about the individual patient. They DO care that they make money. Remember that PCHC fired all of their dentists and made them apply to get their jobs back at different rates of pay recently. My broken front tooth held on with the splint for a year and a couple of months despite having been there 5 times for my broken tooth, they told me i wasnt an established patient, and they were full when i tried to make a follow-up appointment after they had their overhaul of the entire practice. 1 year later and my broken tooth and the one next it were pulled and I'm getting bridgework at Stillwater Dental. Would have been root canals but so much time had passed along with one of them absessing we went this route instead
