Dr. Thies was excellent: very skilled, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. The dental team walked me through everything they were doing and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. And i dont think that will change as I do not feel admin cares about the individual patient. They DO care that they make money. Remember that PCHC fired all of their dentists and made them apply to get their jobs back at different rates of pay recently. My broken front tooth held on with the splint for a year and a couple of months despite having been there 5 times for my broken tooth, they told me i wasnt an established patient, and they were full when i tried to make a follow-up appointment after they had their overhaul of the entire practice. 1 year later and my broken tooth and the one next it were pulled and I'm getting bridgework at Stillwater Dental. Would have been root canals but so much time had passed along with one of them absessing we went this route instead

My first appointment with my new dentist uncovered severe neglect in my dental care by my previous dentist with multiple teeth needing caps. In went for cleanings every 6 months, brushed regularly, flossed. I was constantly saying how sensitive my teeth are, and was told I needed fillings. My new dentist took pictures of my teeth and I was horrified to see how much decay was visible. I have a minimum of 4 teeth that need caps now, and many more will need caps soon. This is beyond upsetting, if I had been told I needed a cap, I would have done it. Now I need over $8000 in dental work, and more to come in the next few years.
