I switched to Robert Lenoil after over 30 years with AAA primarily because he was able to provide more coverage while saving me a significant amount of money. He did a very thorough analysis of my needs (something AAA never did) to determine the optimal plan for my situation. I was quite surprised at how underinsured I had been and that it had been costing me significantly more in premiums. In the short time I've had Robert insuring me, I have unfortunately had to file two claims. Even though the first one--a car accident--didn't actually require Robert's involvement since the other party's insurance company took full responsibility and liability, Robert kept in touch to be sure that everything was being handled properly by the liable carrier. The second claim was a homeowner's claim when a pipe burst causing enormous water damage. Robert's office handled everything quickly and easily and covered all the costs, except for the deductible of course. Our house was back to normal in less than two weeks with no snags. I was always satisfied with claims when I had AAA, but never experienced the level of service from them that I've received from Robert Lenoil. If Robert isn't available, there is always someone in his office that can help. I didn't realize how much better it is dealing with an individual office as opposed to a national call center.
