I have nothing against Dr. Darwich--she was very kind. However, the practice requires you to meet all seven (or more) of their PAs and OB physicians because there's no guarantee which provider will be on call when you deliver. The blonde sonographer who performed our first ultrasound was incredibly sweet, and that was definitely one of our highlights. The wait times, however, were consistently long. It was always at least 20+ minutes before being brought back, and once I was seen, appointments typically lasted around 1 1/2- two hours--mostly due to waiting. Even the front desk staff admitted they're overloaded with patients and have very limited appointment availability, yet they continue accepting new patients. My favorite appointment was the one scheduled on a Friday at noon during the Craig Ranch Golf Tournament, when the doctor/owner of the practice was selling parking spots. As a pregnant patient, I spent over 10 minutes driving around and competing for parking just to make it to my own doctor's appointment. There seems to be very little coordination within the office. It often felt like the staff wasn't communicating with one another. At one point, my blood type was entered incorrectly as A- instead of A+ in my chart, which was concerning because they told me I would need a RhoGAM shot before realizing the mistake. Billing was also frustrating. I was told I owed $800 and asked if I wanted to pay, but no one could provide a breakdown of the charges. Nothing appeared in my patient portal, and no billing codes had been submitted to my insurance yet? To top it off, during my very first visit, there was dried blood on the floor of the exam room (not mine), which certainly didn't make me feel comfortable. Overall, I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're hoping for a more organized office, shorter wait times, and a more personalized pregnancy experience.

Beware of your time, scheduling nightmares, and lack of office efficiency…read more I first spoke with Dr. Liaci mid January for our first consult. It had to be rescheduled and pushed back several times due to the doctor's "busy" schedule. We spoke for an hour and I was very optimistic that she could provide great care in the areas of concern. I was a little surprised at the initial fee of $400, but thought she's going to help me. I had my blood drawn soon after and waited for the office to notify me. After many weeks I had to reach out several times regarding my blood work results. I was told this was a "provider" issue, basically the doctor is too busy. I was finally scheduled an appointment for the end of March. I received a call on the day of the appointment that the doctor would be running late and could we push the appointment out another hour. I agreed, but made it clear I did not have the extra time to wait once I arrived. I arrived on time and waited an hour. The doctor still had not shown up, so I had to leave. I received no calls to follow up on my appointment. I called the next week and the secretary was surprised the doctor hadn't called me. I was not. She called 2 days later at 8 in the evening to tell me how busy she's been working at the hospital and that she didn't mean to make me feel invaluable. She proceeded to tell me about my blood work results and then message got cut off. I called to see how I was supposed to proceed and got no answer. At this point I feel the doctor did not follow through with her promises and believe I deserve my money back as I received zero care and a lot of hassle. The secretary is also hostile and is obviously tired of dealing with disgruntled patients as I'm sure this is a regular occurrence. This is by far the worst run office and doctor experience I've ever had.

When you call if you get her, just hang up bc she will put you on an endless hold. Keep calling until you dont get her. Dr Liaci is very sweet but when you cannot even get a hold of the office to let them know you have an issue, well thats a problem. And waiting over 2 hrs for your appt and then not being able to get a follow up appointment for months to adjust meds because you a miserable is not a practice that is thinking of patients well being. If you are too busy, I know it's tough but stop seeing new patients. Better to give your time to existing patients and not jeopardize new patients care and time.
