I asked - are y sure? because I found you on the Florida blue web cite. They rolled their eyes and said: "okay, let me check if you already here". When she was checking my ID and insurance they were talking between each other about one patient, that was a "piece of s...", called this patient really bad names. I felt really bad for this guy and disgusting because of the behavior of these receptionists. I didn't get the service, because they weren't interested in this and left with nothing, except a really sad mood. So embracing to have ppl like this working in medicine.

I get that he has many patients but somethings should be handled differently when dealing with patients and customer service. I have had numerous concerns with the front desk representatives. Keep in mind this is a Dr's office and the only concerns are health related. Absolutely horrible service. The care by Dr. Patron has always been top tier until you encounter the rude and uncourteous treatment by the office staff.

I did something to my neck over the weekend which caused a 24/7 headache and pain that pulled from between my shoulder blades, to my neck to the head. Since I was newly pregnant, I wasn't taking any ibuprofin, excedrin, etc. I called first thing Monday morning and he fit me in for the following morning. He made me feel comfortable immediately, listened intently and was able to hone in on the problem with his fingertips immediately. He also described, in detail with a skeleton & some diagrams, what was causing the pain. I really appreciated learning what was actually causing the problem. Throughout the treatment, he would also tell me what he was doing...which continued to show his thoroughness and ability to help the patient feel at ease. The best part is I had immediate relief!! He gives you "homework", that is, he will show you a few exercises you should do to maintain treatment before your next appointment. I saw him 2x a week for 1 or 2 weeks then tapered to once a week for a few weeks. When I tweaked my neck again, I, without hesitation, was back in his office. I also had peace of mind knowing he had 20 years experience as a chiropractor and I was not surprised to learn, he was a science teacher prior to his Chiropractic career. He loves science and teaching which suits him very well in his chosen path to help patients. Finally, he has a great bedside manner which in these stressful times and when you are in pain, is just nice to have when you are being treated under a Dr's care. I would, without any hesitation, highly recommend Dr. Ficara to any patient.

WHEN i called the company i explained dad has inappropriate sexual behavior so they were aware of that. My father cant stand and if he grabs at them it is very easy to move back or ask him to stop. AS NURSES they should be aware that people with alzheimers have this behavior and be skilled nurses and know how to defuse the situation. One nurse slapped my fathers hand when he went to grab at her. I didnt like that and the nurses not staying the full time i am billed for isnt right either. I cant say I am a satisfied customer anymore. They should train their nurses to deal with this behavior not cry back to the office staff about it. ESPECIALLY after I told them he has this behavior.
