Parking was an issue here, especially since it was small and most businesses reserved parking spots for their own customers. I honestly just parked in a random spot at the back that looked like a parking space but wasn't entirely sure. My biggest concern was getting a ticket or getting towed, but thankfully that didn't happen. I walked around the whole plaza since I wasn't sure where to access the unit from the back because there were no unit numbers, and then I realized the unit was for Sava Beauty Lounge. I asked one of the staff where Hands of Care was located and she showed me to the stairs to go downstairs. Just staring down from the top of the stairs, I felt welcomed and cozy since the lights were relaxing to look at as you walk downstairs. Ladan welcomed me at the front desk and asked for my voucher number. Unfortunately, my data was out for the month so I asked her if they had wifi to access the Groupon voucher and she was kind enough to provide me with it. She then asked me to fill out the information and consent forms. The space was well decorated that even if it's a rehabilitation centre, it has a spa feel to it as well. Ladan led me to the room and explained the next steps, which included changing, and once I was ready, she came back into the room where she explained the services. She was very kind and welcoming, plus she mentioned that the duration of the massage was for me to relax and she will limit her talking unless if I speak to her...which is great since I don't like talking during massages. The service was amazing. I told her most of my stiffness and pain is in my neck/upper back area and she focused on that, but was still able to get a full body massage in. I have never had a hot stone massage before, but after today, I fell in love! I enjoyed every part of the massage, and it felt like a bonus to even have my face massaged! I have worked at multiple clinics and spas and have tried massages around the GTA, but Ladan is amazing at what she does! She is very caring and also knowledgeable in what she does. I will definitely be coming back in the future. I have never felt so brand new after a one hour massage!

I recommend this Dr. and Office to all new parents, there is no better place to bring your child. They only attend to children. The parking at this location is free but can be challenging at times, so give yourself some extra time to wait for a spot. Very quick turnover time on parking spots.
