We set up an appointment for early Monday morning and Niko was there promptly and even made arrangement to arrive earlier than we first agreed upon. Niko arrived on time, reviewed the current installation, provide a more than fair price for the job and once agreed upon, had the model water heater I requested with a service crew onsite within 30 minutes. The job was completed within a few hours and the water heater was fired up without issue. Their crew was professional and respectful and after only a few hours, we had a new water heater installed. They even corrected some faulty plumbing mistakes made by the last "plumber" that installed the prior water heater. We called this company for emergency service for our condo building. We approved the quote because they said they would come back within two hours, and the hours and parts seemed in proportion to the estimate. The team did not show up for another 18 hours and they completed the work within 4 hours. The workers on site confirmed that it was always a 4 hour project, and a 12-14 estimate didn't make sense based on what was wrong. In addition, we asked for receipts for parts and received one for $600 (along with a handwritten, falsified receipt for another $800). This is not an honest owner, and we wouldn't work with them again.
