I just had a very unfortunate run-in with this company. I yelled, "do you see the red light?" and kept walking. A white man inside the car yelled after me, "are you a cop?" I responded, "no, but I can get your license plate number" (97185JZ, if my memory ten minutes later is correct). He then began yelling homophobic slurs at me: "f*ggot," "come take it up the ass," "why don't you suck my dick?" as I continued to walk up 3rd Avenue. I want to also note that there was a black man in the car (maybe another employee) who was not involved and tried to de-escalate the situation by telling the guy to calm down at one point and waving at me to keep going. This took place over about a minute at around 11am on 2/7/19.
