Dr. Nick was an arrogant jerk that was so rough he would hurt my sons face and neck and the new doctor is an arrogant jerk. My sons brackets would pop off left and right and wires would break for no reason and every time we would go in to get them fixed they would reprimand my son and not even listen him when he'd try to explain himself. Clearly their products and service are both awful. I mean it's hard to do quality work when you spend 5 minutes with each patient! My son's teeth actually look worse now than they did before we started this whole process! I'm having them remove his braces next week and I will never step foot back in that office ever again!!!!

They said they confirmed and made appointment, but was having problems with my insurance being charged still made appointment. fast forward two weeks later to my appointment two hours before my 2 PM appointment this office calls stating my insurance still isn't being able to be charged. Also, they won't be able to see me. Meanwhile immediately I got on the phone to try to correct issue. Long story short, I finally get my insurance customer service lady on the phone and she calls them personally with me on standby final outcome. They don't except my type of insurance , they are incompetent as secretaries, I hate to see what the doctors do if they allow jerkoffs to work there probably the same way. I'll be never calling back there ever lol good luck to all! Stay safe and if you feel something is off. Stay away usually is.

On Friday July 28th, my first day of vacation, I chipped an already broken, decaying wisdom tooth. This was followed by excruciating pain and a sharp piece of my tooth digging into my cheek. I called every other office on the entire island, none of which were able or willing to help me. Finally I was able to reach Dr. Gear's office, who made time in their busy schedule to see me IMMEDIATELY. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by her lovely receptionist to fill out necessary paperwork and was soon taken back to get X-rays taken by another lovely lady. Dr. Gear gave me a temporary filling, which consisted of clove oil. It relieved my pain, covered my exposed, sensitive dentin, and she also smoothed out the jagged piece of tooth so it was no longer cutting my cheek. Her office was exceptionally clean and had advanced technology. I highly recommend Dr. Gear and appreciate her help so much. Thank you Dr. Gear!

I fought with insurance, they declined to pay due to nature of this weird unneccesary visit. Second visit was a cleaning, as I arrive... I am told there is no dentist in the building, di I want to proceed? I work and had driven a half hour, I did the cleaning and they filed insurance. Third time I go- a normal cleaning and xrays. They want payment in full. I call my insurance company after the visit to try to be reimbursed and the insurance compny says no claim is filed. The front office also calls yo multiple times a week trying to fill cancellations, even if you ask them not to.
