He diagnosed an infection in my tooth which would require a root canal. I had complete trust with his expertise to handle this. He was gentle, calming and caring. Dr. Flonta said there were three teeth that could use some preventative fillings. When the office manager looked at my benefits, she said it would cost approximately $189.00 So I agreed to set the appointment and have the preventative care done. In January I received an additional bill for $274.50! When I asked several times for them to rectify this situation, they denied any compromise besides spreading out the payments. I would have never had the preventative fillings done if they had said it would be $463.50! Very poor information (and that's their job) and no ownership for misleading information.
