I was asked to schedule an appointment to follow up with the care team, who informed me (Today, 11/25/25) that they can't get me in to see my PCP until January at the earliest. This level of care is not acceptable, and a symptom of the on-going issues with healthcare in this part of the country. I am moving my care to a different provider in a different hospital network. I am BEYOND frustrated.

The wait lists are months/years to even get in a new doctors office.. the letter wrote stated they would make sure patients atleast had a 90 day supply of refills for their medications, THEY DID NOT DO THIS & LEFT MENTALLY ILL PATIENTS TO POTENTIALLY DIE AS THE MEDICATIONS ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TO BE ABRUPTLY TAKEN OFF!! Diane popped up so I took the bull by the horns and saw her. My first visit lasted 2 hours - much of which was in conversation. The first visit is always the long one, she says. She listened and has become my health care advocate. She recommended doctors, at my inquiry, and I now have an excellent team providing care. She is calm, easy to talk to and actually listens. I highly recommend her for her knowledge, caring and good, sound advice. She treats the whole person, not just the symptom or body part. Again, something seriously lacking in the medical profession.
