I had one of the best experiences here! Dr.Beaton was absolutely fantastic. He has hands of an angel talking to him was enough to soothe and comfort my vitals! Hee hee, can't believe my blood pressure was 110/70. It hasn't been that for ages. Nothing short of a miracle I can't wait to come back so happy I ignored all the negative feedback. I don't know what's wrong with everyone else but this place is absolutely amazing. I will be bringing my entire family here. God bless this team, especially the x-ray department. Horrible customer service! My son has had Dr. Beatón on his insurance card for 8 years and never had the need to see him. Now he finally makes an appointment for a physical with Neftalí who was quite nice but he wasn't at the office when we arrived. Unfortunately, Cecilia was and that lady need to retire. She was sour from the start and shouldn't be in the customer service field. She stated the Dr. doesn't accept new patients under 55! Oh but you accepted his capitated payment for 8 years! Convenient. Where do I start? I have been a patient of Dr Alina Beaton for a short while. She seems to be a competent person, though I am not sure why she orders so many blood tests. It is not her that I have my concern with. My issue comes from her staff. They are woeful. Rude. Incompetent. They talk over you. Won't listen and eventually just hang up on you or leave you permanently on hold. Dealing with them is so deeply unpleasant it has driven me away. If you are looking for medical services, look elsewhere. Sad because Alina seems like a nice person. read more

I used to go to Alina Beaton, apprently she closed her praxis. The Beaton office STOLE 20$ co payment from me. I paid in cash, my stupidity for saying i don't need a receipt and trusting my doctor. 4 month later i got a bill that i owe them 20 dollars. I called and they came up with all kind of excuses. There is not even a computer in this office, they are unorganized as hell. They made me pay the co payment again. Screw this office! read more

This office is the definition of incompetent. I have had so much trouble with the "kids" running this office, AND as many others have reviewed, had my co pay taken when either it shouldn't have, or paid in cash and was again billed. The office is best described as a 3rd world clinic, it reminds be of Soviet era "hospitals". Not to mention the help and appointment process is like dealing with kindergartener's. The place undoubtedly is still a hell hole and it bears mentioning that someone on their staff who can barely string together a grammatical sentence contacted me about how wonderful this place is and how I must not be "well educated" on insurance, etc. Needless to say, Hollie T. got a scathing response and an immediate block. Her message was shady and it was painfully obvious that the person writing it was one of the illiterate staff members at this office. Totally shady. I continue to warn that they double dipped my insurance or tried to, meaning they billed the insurance, were paid, tried to bill the insurance again and then tried to bill me for one office visit. I contacted the BBB, Consumer Affairs and the AMA and filed complaints and advised the insurance company of their fraudulent behavior. Buyer Beware. This place is racket. read more

I can't really use the term Doctor for this Roberto Beaton. I have been trying to get him to get my grandmothers records over to the emergency room where my grandmother is currently because she almost died and neither him or his receptionist Anna had the courtesy to even call us back. He would rather his patient of years die than care for her just because we didn't go to him who is further away than the ER. If you want your loved one to die, then by all means use this "doctor". I guess this facility qualifies as a nice little hole in the wall with great wholesome care and down to earth staff ! I must admit the wait is a little long 30-40 min. But boy is it worth it! Once your in past the waiting room doors the rest of your visit is quick nimble and even entertaining with there charasmatic team of experts! I was impressed the most with their resources and equipment didn't have to go anywhere for lab work ,ultasound and even have a full blown x-ray dept. Having recently used this facility for my mother's care I cannot recommend them at all. The staff are not friendly or accommodating, they are reckless, not professionally trained and the most part careless. Dr. Alina Beaton orders so many tests which I am not even sure are necessary. To make matters worse, the Drs have not once followed up with any tests and shared or offered the results for discussion. Their office is so disorganized that my mother and I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor. When I complained the staff told the doctor we didn't have appointment! The staff is rude and has poor communication with pharmacy for refills. I have been back and forth with the pharmacy and doctors office ahead of time to not run out of medicine...3 days have gone by and still no refills and guess what, I'm out of medication. I asked them that I wanted to have Dr.Alina Beaton call me back regarding this issue and Nancy the assistant said I had to make an appt., seriously to make a complaint!!! What can I say, this place has such poor service! I should have believed the reviews to this clinic. They are so unorganized and unprofessional. They have poor communication. Poor timing. Doctors are never considerate of us. I feel like they take the job as a joke. The few times I've been they have pulled something out of their a** to BS me about my results or never know where exactly i can get my results. I over heard one of the office managers there screaming to one of the young ladies that worked there to stay in her place which was not the front office. This is a review of the medical office operations. I am actually a patient of his daughter: Alina Beaton. She is fine; pleasant and seems professional enough. It's the office that is causing me to look for a new doctor, since I spend more time with their inefficiencies then with the doctor. This office is antiquated, the staff is unprofessional, brusque and inept. And I am never seen within at least 15 minutes after my appt. time. They have no computer system so prescription requests from the pharmacy have to be done "manually". Then comes the round robin of follow ups before I get the script filled. When I had my annual physical, they could not draw my blood so they sent me to the lab. After the lab, I had to go back and finish my visit. So what should have been a 90 minute exam lasted about 4 hours plus parking charges at the lab. After a few months I get a bill from the lab, and a bill from Beaton's office that includes a new charge for the "second" visit to the office that same day. . All for an annual exam and lab which should have been 100% covered thanks to ACH. I have called twice, the first time resulted in an identical bill a month later - so when I called back, it seems they had no record of my ever having called in the first place. There is much more but wont bore you with details. Suffice to say that after almost 4 years, I am fed up with this office and looking for a new doctor. read more

I feel that I must write this update, and extend my apologies for stating in my previous review that she is cold & possibly bi-polar. My sincere apologies to you Doctor. I went to see Dr. Alina Beaton this morning and I must say I see the whole picture now for what it REALLY is, and I commend her for her professionalism. There is not a doubt in my mind she has clearly worked VERY hard to be where she is at today. However, her staff is the outmost unprofessional team I have seen thus far in the medical field. These women cloud the professional reputation that she has worked VERY hard to earn, not to mention they show her no respect! I am at aw of how they are still employed. I will do my best to make sure I contact EVERY individual and take whatever steps needed to see that she obtains a properly trained professional staff that she SO deserves. As none of these individual deserve a free ride at her expense. So today I change my star rating to 5 as Dr.Alina Beaton deserves to be commended for HER professionalism and hard work.. its not her fault she has an incompetent, unprofessional, uneducated staff! If you are looking for a good family doctor - look elsewhere. Dr. Alina Beaton was our mother's doctor for a period of time. She herself provided somewhat adequate care, but being able to talk with her or get thorough explanations was impossible.The waiting room is crowded, the office always seems to be in disarray, the office staff rude and incompetent, their office systems seem outdated, and for my mother's last appointment we waited one hour and fifteen minutes past our appointment time before getting in. Overall the Dr. and the office are unresponsive to a patients needs. We no longer go to Dr. Beaton and this clinic - and we would never recommend them to anyone. read more

I'm a patient of Alina Beaton. Very nice and professional. However the office staff there, time after time, proves to be incompetent, unprofessional and extremely rude. With my current insurance, I do not pay for copays on annual checkups. Like clockwork, after every annual, I get bill in the mail for a copay and have to spend more of my time calling to get it rectified with the office staff. When requesting calls from the doctor, it takes about a good 2-3 times of me calling the office staff before I eventually get a call back from the doctor. The office staff seems so unorganized and unaware of their responsibilities and how to treat patients. My most recent visit, I was minutes late to my appt and was told I had to reschedule in the rudest way possible by an office staff member. My first time ever being late to an appt at their office, I am always early, not to mention the numerous times I have waited close to 20 - 30 minutes to see the doctor. When I mentioned that to the lady working the desk, she had no remorse, ignored my comment and said I needed to reschedule. I told her I wanted the doctor to call me. She said "ok" and turned away. Didn't take any of my info needed for a call back. I walked out. Still have not heard from the doctor and it's been about a month. Don't think I'm getting that call. I like Alina Beaton but her staff is the reason I am now searching for a new Dr's office. The office staff is extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They forget that the patients pay them and keep their business alive therefore ensuring their place of employment. This review is for his daughter who shares his practice, Dr. Alena Beaton. I was recently assigned this primary care physician through Medicare/Scan and it has been a horror story from November til now. I have never known such ineptitude, such rudeness, such non responsive behavior from any medical establishment ever in my entire life. Dealing with the staff is like dealing with petulant children. If you call the office, you're immediately put hold for up to 20 minutes, they are rude - even toward fellow medical colleagues in other Doctors offices. Getting prescriptions filled correctly is a living nightmare. Their communications system is like stepping back in time. Everything has to be faxed!!! It's 2016 for heaven's sake!! I am so frustrated and angry and feel compelled to warn anyone who is assigned this doctor to immediately request a new one. Needless to say, I will be seeking a new Primary Care Physician as soon as possible along with filing a formal complaint against her and her entire staff. They will cause you stress, anxiety and frustration- not what you're looking for in a Doctor. Please trust me and save your health!! read more
